I was talking to a friend who has a family member that works at a painting and drinking company, and he said that their business expenses are about $6k a month. I did not believe him so he showed me the P&L statement and confirmed the number. That made me think that Phil is somehow racking up $5k in business expenses a month but he just has internet, electricity, and maybe buys a few games a month. Yet, this paint and drinking company, that pays employees, buys gallons of paint, dozens of canvases, pay for drinks and food, pays for advertising, pays for utilities, and rent, is somehow in the same category as a streamer who barely has anything to pay on expenses. I feel like the court will look at those business expenses and go wtf is this horse (kat) shit. I even bet the courts have a chart that tells them what business expense should be for certain professions, phil better hopes that those charts don't have streamer average expenses.
