But he listed all of that credit card debt as "consumer debt", meaning he's saying it's related to household spending, not his business.

He might be trying to double dip in order to get the numbers where he needs them for Chapter 7. I cannot make heads or tails of it either way. With him bringing in as much as he shouldn’t be losing so much money on streaming.

I was talking to a friend who has a family member that works at a painting and drinking company, and he said that their business expenses are about $6k a month. I did not believe him so he showed me the P&L statement and confirmed the number. That made me think that Phil is somehow racking up $5k in business expenses a month but he just has internet, electricity, and maybe buys a few games a month. Yet, this paint and drinking company, that pays employees, buys gallons of paint, dozens of canvases, pay for drinks and food, pays for advertising, pays for utilities, and rent, is somehow in the same category as a streamer who barely has anything to pay on expenses. I feel like the court will look at those business expenses and go wtf is this horse (kat) shit. I even bet the courts have a chart that tells them what business expense should be for certain professions, phil better hopes that those charts don't have streamer average expenses.

I'm convinced he's counting every dollar he spends in his life as a business expense. There's probably groceries and toilet paper included too.
100%. This is DSP, he creates his own world in his head and in his world bussiness expense is anything needed for him to do his job.

The good thing is that he is gonna be asked what these expenses are for and he can't just say "stuff" he needs to have actual proof on what these expenses are and if they are food, fuel and other things they are gonna tell him that is not business related.

He needs to eat at nice restaurants on his day off so obviously a business expense. If not he'll be even more tahxic thus making the begging more difficult. He's going to end up in Chapter 13 once he's pressed on the expenses for the "business".

There should also, be vehicles expenses in there for the paint/bev like potential payment, insurance, fuel, maintenance if done by outside biz........

At least he won't have to look far to find a rental. Khet could just carry his t-shirts and Jasper's poop box next door to Benson Downs on her way to Fred Meyer.

Feed his address into Google and it identifies the location as DSPGaming - a subsidiary of Burnell Productions?

That will be kind of pointless since the matter of sale will be public record.
Those damn dirty detractors are lying! I didn’t sell my real adult house! You can’t believe everything you hear on the internet. Khet 👍 👍 is still living here with me, she’s just working a lot. Real talk, tips help me the most right now.

And they’ll fucking eat it up

Stop it you tractor..........you know he doesn't have a business. Just business expenses. Just ask him.

His $5000 a month expenses are because he's (most likely) claiming his WWE champions receipts as business expenses.

He claims all his other games as business expenses so why not these as well?

I can totally believe $20k a year business expenses for him. With internet, every new release, some living expenses and other stuff that seems reasonable... Slap on $40k for his golden hulk hogan addiction and you're getting close to the real figure.

There is no way he's buying games for his business and claiming them against tax while also buying games off stream and not claiming them against tax. Soulmaids games are also most likely claimed too... His CPA shouldn't be letting him do that but there is no way he knows the difference between a game Phil played on stream and a game he played while sitting on the couch.

The truth of the matter is, the judge completely agreed with everything I said and told me I could easily sue Tevin and win. But that piece of shit court typist was a detractor and filled the transcript full of lies. There's literally no evidence I ever said any of those things, I'm being completely ahnest with you guys.

I think it's more that he's putting everything in the house as a business expense. Food, gas, clothes, utilities, etc.

I could've sworn he used to say he took out a business loan or two and wouldn't be surprised if one or two of those credit debts are actually business credit lines that he's trying to pass off as non-business as he tries to twist the numbers to qualify for Ch 7.

And I see he put his Paypal balance on the amended forms, although I'm sure they're going to look at his history.

Correct, at least 2 mentions from PPG in 2011 and 2017:

What I want to know is, what kind of banker would approve that shit or even take it seriously?

Has this accidentally helped Phil by pointing out his incompetency?

He still has to explain how he averages $5000 a month in business expenses.

so he got paid by twitch today but has listed his accounts as empty

This was probably filed based on info he gave the lawyer a few days ago. Still a misrepresentation of his PayPal account(s) since he gets hundreds more every day, but probably spot-accurate.
