Okay man, I'm going to have to assume that what you mean by "pointless thing" is that you either think having fun is pointless or that having a discussion with someone about what they find fun is pointless. See I disagree with both points as would most people that are looking for a serious relationship.
On the first point about fun being pointless, sure you could look at things from a purely nihilistic angle and argue that no matter how much we do in the world, our actions are objectively have no purpose. However the great thing about this is that we're free to create our own meaning; we're not some mechanism with out future pre-destined, we can do whatever weird hobby makes us happy and not feel any sense of guilt about it. Of course the main reason most of us don't do the things we wished we could is because we fear being rejected, which is pretty natural as we all to some extent want to be loved and accepted for who we are. However if you're restricting yourself from the things you find fun, you're not either loving yourself or providing the opportunity for someone to see who you really are and love you for that. You might get loads of sex if you looked and acted like Chad Thundercock, but it will never make you truly happy as the other person isn't in love with the real you but the person that you hate that you're pretending to be. Ya dig?
Which brings me to my second point, in that probably the most exciting thing about a person is finding out what they find fun. See we could be friends man if you opened up a little and told me about what you find passionately fun; I've got a lot of respect for people that despite having really focused, weird interests are polite enough to have a civilised conversation about it. What you do for fun is what makes you interesting and I'm sure for a lot of women also greatly influences how attractive you appear.The problem is though man is if you're not willing to open up a little to anyone then the conversation is going to be boring and anyone involved will lose interest. Yet if you're doing the thing you love and are content with who you are, people will become attracted towards you. Sadly we live in a world where many people don't grow out of rejecting what other people find fun as a way of hiding from low self-esteem, which if you're physically attractive you can get away with acting a little longer than the rest of us. Remember that just because you get a lot of sex doesn't necessarily mean you're happy, especially if your looks are the last resort for gaining some sense of control in a life where your shitty personality makes you emotionally isolated.
Correct me if I'm wrong but it doesn't seem like you or any members of sluthate.com are having fun posting there or here; in fact you guys seem pretty depressed. If that's the way posting makes you feel, why not do something different? If you do the things you love and somebody ends up rejecting you for it, why not be happy that you don't need their approval to feel confident about yourselves and you've avoided a possibly shitty friendship / relationship you wouldn't be happy in anyway?
tl;dr No matter what weird shit you do for fun, as long as you don't hurt others doing it and can have a laugh about it people will be attracted to you.
