I like to think if you are a reasonably rational person those depositions were enough evidence to show the entire thing has been a farce. Specifically Soye's "I do not recalls", and Monica's anime crying. Jamie is damn lucky she got off, cause I have a feeling that trifecta of slimey would wake anyone in the fandom up to what is really going on. Without the depos I still think there is plenty of evidence to vindicate Vic and absolutely buttfuck the defendants, but seeing their faces in motion is a great way for many to spot a liar.

There are so many logical fallacies used just in that second comment, honestly impressed.
It always gets me when they use socially inept or something similar like an insult since usually such conditions are connected to a person having variations of mental illness like social anxiety or autism. Supposed to be "defenders of the oppressed" yet it's okay when they do it and laugh at the expense of the mentally ill. They throw insults around like candy but go all Greta "How Dare You" Thunberg when you do the same back or call them out. Always crying about the awful things said about them on KF yet they same some truly reprehensible things themselves about people they don't like as some kinda Gotcha when they can't back their argument. Also the first to hide behind some self-diagnosed mental illness when things get too heated to get pity likes.

Good to see this is getting around. Lots of people on the KV side of things are assuming so much, but this pretty much succinctly sums things up. Won't be surprised if those clowns twist what was said though.

Assuming this gets past appeals:
Jamie for sure will be deposed, even if she skips free via TCPA. As party she would have things Vic would like to see.
Tammy Denbow will also for sure be deposed. She conducted the investigation upon which the defendants justified their statements. Sony will absolutely LOVE that, along with having to turn over internal communications.
I don't see Sabat getting deposed, at least not right away. There would have to be something juicy in discovery.
It's unlikely we'll see proper depositions for Manjawlo, Armzgurl, Specht, or Emmett Plant The Perjurer. If this gets to trial I'm sure they'll be crossed, but that probably won't happen until late 2021. They're all ultimately too irrelevant, and jurisdiction would be annoying.
