I don't see Sabat getting deposed, at least not right away. There would have to be something juicy in discovery.

It's unlikely we'll see proper depositions for Manjawlo, Armzgurl, Specht, or Emmett Plant The Perjurer. If this gets to trial I'm sure they'll be crossed, but that probably won't happen until late 2021. They're all ultimately too irrelevant, and jurisdiction would be annoying.

As much as I would love Jabberjaw, Larzguel and Vomit Plant get deposed, they’re really insignificant at this point compared to several others. Denbow, Sabat and Marchi on the other hand...God, this makes me pray for Vic winning the appeals more than ever and for Ty’s team not to fuck this up tomorrow.

It would be nice to know what pictures and clips they are referring to. Is it the pictures where the girls in the photos came forward to say they were consensual actions? Or is it the photos of former fans that try to frame Vic as a bad guy when the reality was it was something they consented to? Are the clips they refer to as evidence the ones that are constantly being taken out of context? Trust me. If these videos of Vic's crimes been floating around for 10+ years... someone would have reported these as crimes. Vic wouldn't have been invited as often as he had been. It is all out there for people to see and yet for some reason it is a problem now. The reality is it wasn't an issue the and it isn't an issue now.

Considering I have a major in mediocre when it comes to the intricacies of the law, I call upon the wisdom to enlighten this Ok Boomer:

Is it possible that at some point in the appellate process that would require the submission of evidence of the 100's of Wahmen RonMo spoke of being Vicdums?

As well as is there a chance they would submit the most recent set of video clips of fans at cons being appreciated with a kiss on the back of the head, by Vic, as "unconsenting" and proof?

I know they throw this shit around because they can shape the narrative, although, they cannot be confident enough to try and enter this as evidence to substantiate their claims...right? There's no fucking way?

No. No new evidence can be introduced. The sole issue is whether the court below did what it should have done with what it had below.

The appeal is based only on what's currently in the record. The hundreds of women never materialized, and they would not be allowed to be submitted into evidence if they did.

Ditto with the video clips. They were not submitted, so they were not considered. Also, they would not be needed. If Monica accused Vic of kissing people without consent, Vic can say no, he never did that. At the TCPA stage his testimony is considered true, so they wouldn't even need the "extra" evidence of that video.
