What I think she means is:

2. No company is hiring her so she has plenty of time to drink her problems away with her friends
3. "focusing on my boys" - yeah. You mean avoiding responsibility by giving away your older son and moving in with the babysitter of your younger one

She's wearing a jacket over it, so she probably has some sort of extender on, it's been customized to fit her, or the stylist rigged up some type of lacing to make sure it fit around Tess' girth.

Tess will TRY to fit into anything she thinks might work. I remember she posted herself wearing a top on her IG 5+ years ago about how she tried on a top at Forever 21 (before they had plus, so they only went up to large) and it fit her / she was wearing it and that plus size people should try to fit into straight sized clothes because some might surprise you and fit. It was pretty cringey. If you went and looked at the shirt on the website it was obviously meant to be oversized and off the shoulder, and it was a crop top so it didn't have to fit over what I assume are the widest parts of her.
