Trump Derangement Syndrome - Orange man bad. Read the OP! (ᴛʜɪs ᴛʜʀᴇᴀᴅ ɪs ʟɪᴋᴇ ᴋɪᴡɪ ғᴀʀᴍs ʀᴇᴠɪᴇᴡs ɴᴏᴡ) 🗿🗿🗿🗿

I'm more focused on the "trump can't read" tweet because i wonder were that notion comes from and the tweet about Melania not speaking proper english. It's a reminder that Twitter leftists are nothing but self-righteous hypocrites
I think it has to do with one of the fake leaks used to bait out traitors in the administration being that he doesn't read policy briefings and instead watches Fox News for information. It was in the same batch of bizarre stories as "The Gorilla Channel."

Since when do kindergarten children who are just learning to read and understand the alphabet never mind basic words

1) Know and recognize who the President is;
2) Know what deport means; and
3) Know where or what Mexico is?

At least the story regarding teenagers seems plausible because teenagers can be very stuck-up smarmy ingrates, but kindergarteners? Seriously?

All small children are very politically and socially clued in these days and are intimately familiar with social media lingo and catchphrases by the time they start speaking. If you don't believe this you are a filthy doubter who knows nothing of the world.

Small children are a dog-whistle of the alt-right.

The media basically ignored the story when it came up the first time, especially when it became clear that someone may have bought Obama his seat to begin with. Now that he's in the news again the only way to address it involves saying the crime Blago was tried for and bringing that scandal back into the public eye.
Bloomberg puts out ad showing his support from Biden and implied endorsement.

For those that forgot, Biden is still running.

Sleepy Joe can still turn it around.

(Seriously, I can't figure out how Biden lost his mojo)

He was rejected by too many middle school girls. This causes many middle school boys to lose their mojo, but Creepy Joe is an old man who still hits on them so I'm sure their rejection hurts his feefees all the same.

Clyburn has no desire to see black unemployment drop, it's better for his political career if they stay poor and unemployed and dependent on governmental handouts, which he can take credit for. And angry, which he can channel into personal political clout. Why would he possibly want to fix the black community's problems, doing that wouldn't benefit him in any way.

And Clyburn isn't the only one who benefit for this. I won't be surprised if Maxine Waters also benefit of the same advantages.

Well, yeah. And it's not like these congressional black politicians live in poor black communities or interact with poor blacks on a personal level. They campaign in black communities, they don't live or work in them. They spend most of their time interacting among other members of the political class or their staff, not constituents.

It seems that alot of those career politicians do that. Switch parties to absolve themselves of unfortunate decisions in order to stay in power. Elizabeth Warren is one example.

Ratings down? TIME FOR A FRANCHISE REBOOT!

You say I have a history of voting for racist policy? That was another show, bro..... you have me confused with something else.

The Impeachment clown show.

Really, what was the one thing that happened between his lukewarm front-runner status and crash-n-burn in Iowa?

The impreeeeechement failed.

A lot of people who weren't watching the particulars of the pre-hearings, as it was just more cosmic background radiation out of DC at this point to claim all kinds of malfeasance by Trump, finally got a good look at what EXACTLY they Dems were claiming, and saw it was all the Dems trying to kick out Trump for investigating Joe's dirty laundry.

Some left him because they finally saw what a scumbag Joe was/is, that he was just another Swamp politician after all.

And some left because they blamed him for "failing to get Trump" as if he was running things.

And some left because they got fed up with his party and decided to sink their preferred candidate out of spite

But they all left because the Dems had another marquee loss with HIS name on it somewhere, and people don't back losers.

So I know we’ve said that people are so desperate to belittle or mock Trump that they’ll say some really stupid shit, but fucking wow...

I don't know if it was impeachment exactly.

All along nobody really thought Biden was that great, but everyone sort of assumed he was the strongest candidate because he was VP. Nobody liked him, but everyone thought everyone else did and that he'd be the nominee. Polls are for faggots, they don't count.

Then Iowa happens, the first point where shit actually counts. In secret, nobody wanted four years of the president smelling preteen girls. Now everyone knows he's done, so the pretense is dropped. But this is the TDS thread, so to bring it back around: probably none of it matters, all the Democrats have is "here is why the economy is bad, actually", which is kind of a shit selling point.

Because if they actually fixed anything then they couldn't run on fixing everything.

I can't help but read that last tweet as a threat.

No you must be crazy, it's not like dems have ever called for violence before, or the need to punish wrong think with violence, or that demographics will change and minorities will get their revenge. Your just imagining it, also the stories she quoted are bullshit.

I will start off by saying this: Slavery is an objectively bad system. You don't even need to bring morals or human rights or Andrew Ryan or chimp skulls into it - when you put people in charge who have no accountability for results or to the people they are in charge of, the universal result over time is stagnation until the equilibrium is disrupted, usually by external factors. See: Japan until the restoration.

But when discussing US southern slavery, something key is usually overlooked: Slavery in the southern US existed not to wring every ounce of work out of the enslaved from birth til death, it existed to basically warehouse agricultural workers at the lowest possible cost until they were needed during high activity times.
Harvest time takes an incredible amount of manpower. In the Soviet Union, they would send army units to farms to provide additional labor to bring in harvests. The first full moon after the equinox is called a "Harvest Moon" because ancient man was always a weeb
your ass was up all night, using the light of the full moon to bring in more of your harvest.

The southern propaganda of "the idle negro", even during the time of slavery, didn't come out of no where. It came about because for a good portion of the year, there no or minimal work farm work for slaves to be doing. Or to put more targeted point on it:
Think about every movie you've seen about slavery. Think about how much of the movie was about cotton harvesting. Then think about this: what portion of the calendar year in the southern US is cotton ACTUALLY being harvested? (the answer might shock you! African American Studies majors hate him!)

The rest of the year, with the exemption of planting, the only work required of slaves was about the same amount of work required by free-men (which is to say 'back breaking' by modern standards) to live: chopping wood, hauling water, etc. But I say 'about' because depending on their owner, they might be required to pick up the slack of the main house.
But again, this is not say life was at the same standards- a house servant might stay in servants quarters, but the field hands lived in the cheapest possible dwellings, and were given fairly minimal food of the least expensive kinds that could be obtained. There is a reason you don't see beef dishes in traditional Soul Food cooking.

So when people compare the Mexican migrants/H-2A visa programs to slavery, they are sort of correct - though not in the way they mean to be - where the decreased costs of transportation have made it possible for temporarily needed agricultural workers to be brought to the fields/orchards on demand with no need to be responsible for them the rest of the year.

Again, this slavery not a good system - morally or objectively - and the Southern US system had a especially heinous characteristics (Heritary, slaves generally forbidden from owning any property, generally no opportunity for personal or lineage advancement, breeding/lack of control of location, etc) But when you compare this with the Brazilian system or sections of the Ottoman system, where the goal was to extract every ounce of work from the slave before they died, there were worse places to be a slave manditory worker.

Anyway TL;DR
I already made the joke about Democrats being in charge when black unemployment was at 0%
