Yeah it's almost like we care about him as a human being and don't want him to have invasive surgery just because some false idol told him to, but I guess subhuman's just don't understand things like empathy.

You keep tossing aside any real advice that we've handed over so it stands to reason that you are just an exceptional individual.
You can have all the surgery you want and you can continue to not understand that your victim complex is ruling your life but nothing will change, women will still dislike you because you're still a piece of trash.

Plastic surgery is almost always optional. Could you still eat if you did not have the surgery?

I saw your first pic. Not that bad, the before I mean. You clearly take this seriously, but why post on a site that has a clear racist tolerance and calls women sluts in its name. Can you tell the people you know what the site is called without the possibility of getting slapped?

It's actually humans who don't understand empathy in this case because they've never been given shit or looked down upon for how they look.

I found the site searching plastic surgery terms on Google actually. Eventually became a frequent member too because of the humour etc.

A lot of my anxiety stems from my looks. It's not something you can fix just like that. And don't suggest CBT either, I'm not doing that bullshit. I am fixing my deformity in order to improve my well-being. Literally nothing you guys will say is ever going to change that. Ever.
