I've never encountered a real HOA that wasn't in deep with city councils, zoning agencies, and the local courts; usually because the boards of those same HOAs were made up of councilmembers, county employees, and judges/lawyers.

I had one neighbor who had a work-in-progress Jeep in his driveway, which was still not easily seen from the street. It sat there two weeks before someone slapped a big orange HOA violation notice on their front door. He ended up selling the Jeep because he had no room for it in the garage, couldn't fix it in time, and the local rules didn't allow vehicles to sit for longer than a week in driveways.

I had other neighbors with large families and multiple vehicles, who had to play musical chair with them to avoid the HOA wrath.

While there are HOAs which are essentially slumlord-entities, and don't give a fuck who lives in the neighborhood, as long as they get their dues..... I just have a feeling that Grug's ain't one of them. His is just waiting, because they know something from the county/state is in the pipeline, and they're in line for the property first (which will be sold at auction later, probably for firesale prices)

Seems about right.

Keemstar has stood by some shitty people, but ultimately Greg just has no charisma. No reason for you to want to root for the underdog, because even if he’s innocent of all charges, he’s just such a narcissistic cuck.

Imo it's actually not bad, the vocals.

The video itself is absolute trash. She doesn't 'act' well enough so it feels like someone else is singing for her.
Wardrobe is questionable, no cohesive or matching color schemes. The scenes are lack luster and simple, cutting in and out too much.
What happened to all that money she got from donations? Couldn't afford professional photography in scenic areas outside a couple rooms? Jesus christ lol

As for FagStar, it's one of those things where a person won't learn until they experience it themselves. Boy, he experienced it. I can feel the regret in those clips of his face. lol This might become etika 2.0

I just want to point out that Gruggles is so fucking stupid that KEEMSTAR of all people had to go "hey, you dumb idiot, the only way you're going to maintain the relevance you so desperately crave is to actually play ball with the contributors of the youtube sub-genre OF WHICH YOU ARE A PART". He was too busy swinging around his giant victim complex to realize that interviews are mutually beneficial, not some act of charity he bestows upon others.

and sure, he's probably seizing upon the opportunity afforded to him by Shiloh's missteps to try and drag himself back into people's "good graces", but his complete lack of forethought is shining ever so brightly now that he's sucking the dick of the very system he was shit talking literal days ago. Honestly though, I'm kind of glad that's he's been emboldened into even more exceptional behavior. Just as long as he stays away from the kids this time.

And of course Keem is gonna draw this out for as long as fucking possible.

The interview was mainly just regarding Sarah so you're not wrong that he'll drag it on. But i wouldn't say it's necessarily a bad thing? Since he'll watch more then cover more with the upcoming interview which should be funny

I'm not ragging on his thoroughness, just the fact that he's definitely gonna wring every last view he can out of this on every platform, like releasing a million different "trailers" for the interview.

Honestly though, I think if Grug is willing to answer more questions later, Keem probably played softball, so the interview will probably yield as little real information as one of Glug's own videos.
