Thats sort of what happens when you build a community around an inadequicy, hence why incel communities are pretty unpleasant, its not about building your fellow man up, its about making him feel just as shitty as you do. In some ways its a support network, its always comforting to know your not the only one in the world, but at the same time it can often be a detriment to a person because hearing about the similar issues people face and thier inablity to cope with them can really give a person a bleak outlook.

I have any level of empathy for those who lose the gentic lottery, its often gay as fuck, but if niggas without legs and shit can press forward on this bitch of an earth then im sure blokes with small peckers can live just as fullfilling lives, if not more so.
