Yes, he's allowed to advocate for whatever he wants. I wouldn't even advocate arresting people for pedophile acceptance, because I very firmly believe that speech should not be regulated, especially not speech that very strictly conforms to the 1st amendment right to petition for redress.

I guess it depends on where you draw that line. Brennan wants to take away the right of people to petition for redress or in fact speak about political issues at all if the content of those petitions or other speech is something that he doesn't like (or has been paid not to like, who knows at this point).

Not to speak for him, but Null has always advocated for free speech and that people are celebrating that "wrong speak" is being used to attempt to arrest someone isn't something a free speech advocate would ever like and that such laws are being celebrated because it's against someone that isn't liked doesn't matter, he will always defend the speech even if it is from his worst enemy and that is a very noble thing. If it had been another kind of thing that got him in trouble then I don't think Null would have such an issue with it. This board only exists because it's a free speech haven and it's never a good idea to celebrate speech being punished. As I said before, this isn't something to celebrate but no one should feel bad for him getting caught up using a shitty 3rd worldesq legal system and having it turned around on him.
