Don't you know that if you identify as something you are that and that genitalia has nothing to do with gender? Unfortunately some people aren't educated enough not make assumptions so porn needs to make sure that audience knows that the people fucking are something else than cis.

This is doctor Beverly Ann Fischer who lops the tits off of 12 year old girls. Hard to say if she's trans or just an unfortunate looking giantess with too much plastic surgery since she, according to her website, joined the American Women's Medical Association all the way back in 1988, but all the site promo surrounding the office's all-female staff is giving off AGP vibes since she's clearly not a TERF.

Kids at 15 can't even decide on who their favorite musician is so why should they be able to decide their gender and be allowed to permanently change their bodies? There's a reason why kids become legal when they turn 18 and not before that. Puberty is a synonym for confusion.

There are very few reviews of her I can find, most sites have less than 10 generic 5 star reviews with little comment (hmm almost like she asked her employees to leave positive online feedback or something). But overall I found more negative than positive and of course I know you wanna read the bad ones:
