And now BHBH are fed up with defendants bullshit and are hitting back harder than ever before they will not let the defendants destroy vic anymore than they already have.
Last year KV fucked around and they were lucky to have a chump of a lawyer throwing the case. But the more they do that, the more ammo BHBC is gonna have for the appeals court. Even Lemoine was scared shitless of the thought of going there, if the appellant briefs were just the beginning of this counter strike then I am sure that the defendants may consider some dark alternatives an option.
KV as not changed their changed their tactics of using the court to slander Vic as if it was Twitter while BHBC constantly been changing and adapting their strategy. It's much like Tyson Fury vs Deontay Wilder, first fight was a draw with Fury nearly knocked out but the second fight, Fury ruined Wilder. I can only speculate, If this does happen then there will some MASSIVE chimping out on Twitter like never before.

I don’t think this is just about Spect. When they complain about Vic on twitter, it’s not about her. They make it all about themselves. They had a clique and Vic wasn’t part of it. They are the catty mean girls who hate the outsider who threatens their little bubble. Monica and Jamie make it all about themselves. Kara Edwards made this all about herself. Ron made this all about him and his personal fiancé. Lynn Cunt made it all about herself. Marzgurl made it all about herself. Emmett Plant and Shane and BT and other beta orbiters demand attention to their white knighting.
These people are jealous, petty, egotistical, and catty little brats who never left high school.

Want to know what's the most hilarious thing about the law faggots? They were so comfy and entitled in their positions that if they had just not said anything and didn't appeal to the kickvic side like exceptional woke dipshits they are, they wouldn't have had their precious hugbox of entitled legal thinking damaged and/or wrecked cause no one challenged these fuckwits when they said anything.
It's because they took to take their own stupid shit takes here. It's great that people don't have to rely on these fuckwits for their legal documents, cause they essentially had a clique monopoly on the twitter at the time in the legal fields, or that anyone who was successful and not a dipshit like them ignored them until now. Basically a group no actual litigator ever took seriously because they are so prone to reveal their hands freely and without any restraint like amateur and rookie litigation fuckwits they are. They grew fat and arrogant on their little clique group of sad and washed out has beens.
Want to know what makes a good lawyer? Making sure to not reveal your hand to your enemy and have a bitchin poker face. Each and every one of Law Faggots have failed this trait exceptionally so. They will likely have to come to grips that people will not have to listen to them on this and the only people that are, are what amounts to cultists who want to use them to support their narrative. Can't say there was better pairing the entitled and the unhinged. I'll stop with a trilogy, wouldn't want to end up beating a dead horse.

They couldn't make a move against Vic til Specht was gone. She seems the spiteful kind that would burn down everyone who screwed up her chance for career advancement.
I agree that there is more to this than Specht but strategically they couldn't do anything because mutually assured destruction.

exactly what I have been saying since the Specht affidavit came out.
They had the plan, and when Vic and Michelle broke up, she went to the Funi Clique, they opened the burn book and went to town.
They didn’t have anything on Vic at all. The Yost twins were years earlier, and lived with Rial/Toye. The Funi kiss was years earlier and completely consensual.
But Vic then went and banged someone else and broke poor, previously cheating during her marriage, Specht’s heart. And they had their opening.
the Funi investigation only started after the HanLeia mistaken identity, and then Rial brings up 3 allegations in that, and doesn’t even address the most serious one.
They wanted Vic to lie on twitter and say that he didn’t do certain things and they were waiting for him to say the wrong thing and Specht was going to crucify him.
Except he didn’t, and the narrative door swung hard and hit them in their faces.

Agreed it's not about Specht for anyone other than Specht (and maybe Kara, who comes across as jealous of their relationship). But I think it goes beyond just Vic being an outsider. There was a desire to control Vic's popularity and charisma for their own agenda, and Vic, with his big personality, wouldn't be controlled. He kept doing his thing and being successful without kneeling to them, which fucked with their egos.

From the Huber affidavit, it seems as though Vic did something that pissed every other VA off, at first. Which was the charging for the signature.
Vic was one of the first to successfully monetise himself, and his fanbase. He treated the fans right, he engaged and communicated with them, and sold them on seeing him. Have a look at all the emails that are made public between VIc and the fan. They end with “I hope that I can see you at a convention”. It is a beautiful salesman close.
they are pissed because Vic may not be the best VA, nor the most prolific, but he worked out where the money in the business was from, early in the con scene, and has worked it perfectly.
They think that if they take Vic out of the con scene, they will get a cut of his fans.
