Nope, you only need a marketing or communication degree now; Journalism was made a joke the moment that research methods were removed as a lifeskill they needed since they got too used to being spoonfed info from leakers and told what their marching orders were from corporate. They don't have journalism degrees from Columbia, obviously they aren't real journalists. Seriously, this is the way journalists think. You need a journalism degree to be taken seriously as a journalist, certainly to get a Big Media job as one.
It's almost like they want to criticize everything, all while proving that's all they care about."WE NEED TO STOP POLICING, DRUMPF!"

I forget who said this, but we've arrived at a point where the average journalist is far less intelligent than the average person. They don't have journalism degrees from Columbia, obviously they aren't real journalists. Seriously, this is the way journalists think.
They just want to call it edited so they can dismiss and censor it. Soon Twitter will be full of little "misinformation" warnings for any and all memes that are "edited" in any way.I forget who said this, but we've arrived at a point where the average journalist is far less intelligent than the average person.
Anyone with half a brain saw Bloomberg's recent ad with the cricket noises in the background for what it was: an exaggeration to make a point.
Either journalists are so dumb they actually believe that's disinformation, or they're so dumb they actually believe the average person can't recognize exaggeration when they see it. Either way they're dumb as a box of hair.
Trump called CNN’s reporting on the virus a hoax. People are just twisting it around because OMB.Two enlightening encounters with the fashionably exceptional.
First, apartment bldg lobby waiting for an elevator (next to mailboxes). Cat lady type with danger hair, talking out loud to herself while going through her mail. "Mike Bloomberg?‽ What the fuck is this?! Are you kidding me!? (to me) Can you believe this guy?!" I replied, "yea, kind of a piece of shit...buying his way in". She then sums up with, "well,...I mean,...were dealing with Trump, so..." (I pressed the close door button)
Second, on FB I'm reading replies on a friend's post related to CoVID 19. With absolutely no provocation or contextual relevance a smooth brain jumps in and adds "don't worry about the Coronavirus because our intelligent president said it's just hoax! SMH!!" ~ Is that even a thing?
Seems it was a good day.

I know I'm a bit late to the party on this one but I had some thoughts that I feel the need to share.
Is she a British stereotype, because that's some bad teeth.Even for New York Times employees Gail Collins is amazingly, hilariously out-of-touch liberal. She's actually written much dumber op-eds. Don't be fooled by the pic she uses for her column, either. She really looks like this:

Go serve to fight yourself as an international brigader then you chickenhawk. We don't have to do shit for a failed regime of goatfucking corrupt inbred arrogant tribals.Unfortunately, Turkey is a NATO member (an organization with the specific purpose of countering Russia) and can also extort the EU at will by threatening to release a torrent of refugees. Out of all of the Middle Eastern shitshows, the Syria conflict is the one that the US shouldn't have withdrawn from.

If you cant beat them, infect them on spite, imagine if Trump manage to create the vaccine and they refuse to take it because that would be admitting that Orange man did something good

How does meddling in Syria benefit the US, especially when Turkey is an actual diplomatic ally in NATO? Until the US or Turkey leaves NATO they're the Good Guy even if they start bombing weddings and doctors.Nah, I'll just spread the rumor that Idlib has the rarest Pokemon spawns and lean back as you Zoomers try to catch Jigglypuffs in minefields.
On a more serious note: The point I was getting to is that it's perhaps not the best long term strategy to hand Erdogan the option to ass-rape the West with abandon, because that's exactly what he's doing right now. Also, there wouldn't even have been a need for much action on the ground. A static military presence would have been sufficient to prevent the Turkish from steamrolling into Syria.
I vote for calling it the Pence Corona Conversion Vaccine, or PCCV for short.
