While people like Dimitri Monroe and Jeko have (at least arguably) done way worse stuff that anything Smug has, they don't output stupidity with the frequency that Smug does. Aside from the child porn defending Jeko's account looks like literally any other anti-SJW anitwitter user. And Dimitri Monroe, despite being an HRT femboy and Discord groomer, only rears his head to post a dumb take every once in a blue moon, otherwise he looks normal (relatively). Smug meanwhile makes highly cringeworthy content at minimum once every 6 hours. Her status as a freak is much more easy to observe, you don't even need to research her worst moments to see it, you literally just have to look at her Twitter page on any day of the week.
Furthermore, she's considered a lolcow even in huge parts of her own community. With Dimitri Monroe and Jeko, even with Pedantic Romantic and Mother's Basement, a huge portion of anitwitter/anitube have a level of respect for them. They're just not people you can trash without getting major backlash for, even if the thing you're trashing them about is true. But, especially nowadays, the only people who will come to Smug's defense are a pretty small handful of simps, and a lot of the anitwitter community either laughs at her or sees her as being on thin ice after the shit she's pulled.
That's why I think she got a thread before anyone else on anitwitter, at least.
EDIT: Also, I think it was Mr. Cynical who called child porn "art." Jeko was the one who argued against that and said that watching it doesn't increase the likelihood of becoming a child rapist.
