Anytime Chantal (or any cow for that matter) likes something, someone will say its horrible or shitty or whatever. It's the whole "she touched it so now I don't like it" mentality, or they just really dislike it anyway.

Of course, Chantal is gross and everything she touches literally becomes gross because of it. Because she's gross.

beef sandwich au jus is legit, but you’re supposed to do it on a crustier/very firm bread like a baguette or you just get a soggy mess. It is sometimes referred to as a “French dip” but that refers to the bread, not the country of origin - it was allegedly invented in Los Angeles. I assume it’s because cheap American-made baguettes generally suck and are really tough so you gotta soak those bastards so they don’t cut up your mouth.

Don't overthink it just take her at her word: the only reason she doesn't eat lamb is because she doesn't like it. This is a woman that eats more chicken, cheese and beef in a month than most people do in six. She doesn't give half a fuck about animals beyond how tasty they are. And lamb, to her burnt out tastebuds, isn't tasty enough. I agree sometimes lamb can be a big "gamey" if not prepared right or the cut is poor quality -- but a roasted lamb leg all spiced up greek style with the fat dripping on the veggies and caramelizing them? Gorl don't know what she's missing. I guarantee she'd go to fucking down on a well prepared lamb leg.

What's the deal with Chantal and bootleg alcohol? She's mentioned multiple times that when she was younger that's all they drank. In her story about making out with the 70 year old when she was like 18, she talks about drinking moonshine alcohol with her friend. Then in the latest video she mentions bootleg alcohol and now another mention of bootleg alcohol. Where the fuck is she getting this bootleg alcohol?

I've never heard of that easily accessible bootleg alcohol, especially outside Kentucky. Is she stupid and is just calling cheap liquor bootleg or were teens from her hometown actually making bootleg alcohol? lmao

My guess is that her version of "bootlegging" is just that they got someone older to buy them booze like many of us likely have in our youth.

She's just calling it that to sound more edgy.

She definitely read here yesterday (so she probably read Charlie’s thread, too), then drove to the bookstore to buy a copy to take a photo of a page for Instagram. Waiting for Amazon delivery would have seemed too obvious, and that’s not her style. I’m sure the Starbucks in every Indigo (main Canadian bookstore chain) didn’t factor into her decision at all. Although on her way out she might have just stopped in to pick up some Madeleine cookies for Bibi. They still care so much about each other and are both always doing thoughtful things like that. Chantal even makes sure to save some of every meal for him. She was feeling a bit peckish at Starbucks because she hadn’t eaten since her last meal but didn’t get anything for herself. She would just wait because she prefers to have homemade food

Chantel mentioned that it was ”Wild Turkey” which is a decent brand of whiskey from the US. She also called it “bootleg” . I guess that it could be called bootleg if it’s not technically sold in Canada. She spouts so much bs In her little stories that it’s hard to no what’s truth and what isn’t. She’s an idiot and a liar who probably was the real “Jimmy” or was it “Timmy” in her bs story.

I know 100%, not sold in Canada. I've had to buy it in the USA for my Dad. On the topic of Bootleggers, I know that the province I live in, there are bootleggers. Where I live, liquor isn't available after 10pm. So after 10pm, if you need booze, call the local bootleger.
