So...the way the State Department puts it is that any country that says "do not travel" doesn't mean they're outright banned. You can still go there, but doing so will be at your own risk. Airlines will still sell a ticket. If a country was outright banned, then the state department would say so...even then it's easy to circumvent it

I would make meal sized/monthly normal use sized ziplock bags, freeze those and pack those into the vacuum bags so later you snip the seal pull a pack then reseal.

Food Saver vacuum bags is what I use. The quart and gallon size. They are reusable for about 7 to 10 times on each bag before the seals starts to possibly go on them. Also there are several other companies that make the vacuum sealers bags system as well.

Been using them for years and only have a few of them go bad on me. JUST MAKE SURE YOU WASH THEM WELL AFTER USE.
