Yeah. We need a reminder for all that tomorrow is just the start. This is like a preliminary informal hearing. If we're getting into late April and nothing notable is happening, then we can start sperging. I know Phil is going to stir things up with detractors on Friday morning, don't fall for it.

I take this as a sign of very interesting things happening tomorrow. Either that, or a DSP troll works at MidFirst Bank's social media department.

I remain optimistic. The trustee saying nothing isn't good news for Phil, either, because she has 60 days to do her homework before telling Phil he's screwed. But there are so many errors on his filing its almost certain that she will bring up something.

So has a trustee been assigned to represent the creditors yet? Best case scenario is it's a younger than phil female basketball American oh to he a fly on the wall to see him eat his hand down to the wrist if he has to be in the same room as one let alone forced to answer her questions.

Considering MidFirst bank is a multi-billion dollar company with more than half a million customers, I think it's entirely possible that they have entire departments devoted to Gout King and the foreclosure on his garbage condo. Just like the courts who don't see this shit endlessly day in and day out, this means as much to them as it does to us.

I disagree. It would be more entertaining to get voyeur footage that he cannot control and lie about. Probably no one will do anything but a part of me wants something to happen.

They can't just let it play out and let him hang himself, they have to get involved. They have to tell this guy that he's lying, it's not like that becomes readily apparent through a reading of his filings. Here is how I think this letter will go down.

Dear Trustee, I am a concerned citizen and... into the bin it goes.

I think there is legitimate concern from the more pinwheel sperges that the forms just get rubber-stamped and DSP "gets away with it" like he's gotten away with damn near everything else in his life due to pigroach luck.

I think they believe they are genuinely doing a good service.

I can't condone this behavior, but I understand.
