Dude... I didn't decide to change the word for whatever diabolical reasons you've imagined
I was just writing, and that word came to mind.

Anyway, yeah I guess there is a different nuance... one is a positive way to put it, the other negative
but they're still describing the same thing

What if when you finally get your cosmetic surgery that the doctor makes a mistake and it gets infected. The infection then gets so bad that they have to remove that part of your face before it spreads to your brain and kills you. What would you do then?

It's normal not to get any pussy at 19 you moron. You're not even old enough to binge drink to overcome your anxiety issues like a healthy well adjusted person. Try drugs and alcohol before you do something bad for your health like seeing a doctor.

Seriously I was completely ignored by women when I was 19. I was a spastic and didn't look like justin beiber, it was woefully unfair that I wasn't having sex. In like 2 years you'll be more appealing but most late teenage girls are looking for guys liek 3 years older I think. If you were 19 and had the option of dating someone with an apartment for hanging out together, the ability to buy alcohol, a more developed body, and some immersion in adult culture would you date a 19 year old?

I don't give a shit about women right now. I care about how I look to an extreme extent and I want to like what I see in photos.
