I don't think so since Joe not even ten years ago was noticeably more coherent than he is now.
Like, the man was a gaffe machine and says stupid shit quite often, sure, but he was aware of things like what state he's in and who was who in his family. He also didn't have that many random rage moments either.
No, it's seeming more and more likely Joe is getting senile.

I did a bit of a light analysis way earlier in this fuckheap of a thread. Put simply, even comparing him while running as VP with Obama to now, you get a -sharp- contrast of cognitive faculties, word usage, and rate of gaffes. The difference is jarringly apparent.

A lot of people including me said this, but the opposite. Protecting Biden from challengers in the race was a way to give the impeachment scam longer legs. If he's just some dumb old grandpa it doesn't matter if the government investigates him for his crimes, but if he's the candidate running against Trump suddenly it's a scandal.
