What the actual hell is Ron trying to accomplish with these messages? Trying to get Nick to admit to something? That's unlikely, he's maintained his story/stance for over a year, probably because he's telling the truth.
Lemon Fuhrer has to be the on behind this, and I hope he's billing them for this nonsense.
They're fishing for a gotcha, while trying to get Nick to think he's the reason Vic's life was destroyed.
Horrible people trying to manipulate, and hurt others because they cannot accept they're the horrible people.
Ron is also delusional, and believes the lies he's been telling.
It's why he retreats to smilies after Nick points out he cant want to help Vic, while also publicly stating he wants to assault him, and he needs to be blacklisted.
Ron is retro-actively trying to justify his horrible actions, and through it all trying to manipulate Nick, and draw him into a situation where he can be brought into a suit; either this one if the TCPA gets ripped up through appeals, or afterwards. They still want to link Nick as Vic's agent somehow as well.
Edit: If the Appeals bring back Ron, these convos are far more damaging to him. It clearly shows him blatantly lying at points, and can easily be used to impeach his character.
He keeps going on about emailing Vic, that's a lie. He emailed the fan club, despite having access to Vic's number, and emails. Both private through Monica, and public emails.
Saying he never called vic a rapist; yet we have public tweets, from him saying Vic is a sexual assaulter, which under Texas Law is rape.
Saying he never wanted to hurt Vic, yet tweets saying he wants him blacklisted, and more cons drop him.
Lie after Lie, and it can all be used against him.
