Random thoughts:
341 meetings are basically a preliminary hearing where parties collect information and the bankruptcy process gets started. Nothing notable happens for 95% of debtors.
However, Phil's file is filled with so much fraud and egregious lies that getting through today unscathed has to be a slight Win for Phil. I'm biased, and I know that bankruptcy lawyers do know how to finagle numbers to make things work, but if people with a financial stake in fucking over this dumb Polack don't immediately see the red flags, it's a Win for Phil. Of course, getting through today is no guarantee he'll through the next 2 months unscathed. If that happens, then rage is acceptable.
If any creditor shows, Phil should be terrified. They will likely demand 100% of their debt(s) considering Phil's income, and if that happens, it's just a matter of time before the WAkhando is gone because Phil has no assets worth a damn, and they're not going to agree to some lenient plan.
If the trustee raises a stink about anything, Phil should be terrified. If Nancy smells blood and the mass of tard bux she can collect, uh oh spaghettios. The last thing Phil wants to be converted to Chapter 13, and it's a big 'if' if he'd even qualify. Nothing good can happen if Phil gets any extra attention.
There was no point to this post. I'm just excited.
