It's not in North Carolina, so probably not. We'll see if the Randazza legal group gets it. T. Greg will be doing his quarterly charity fundraiser next week though.

I am new here and only been introduced and lurking KF since the start of Vic's, I have to react to this.

This can't be a normal thing among Lawyers? circle jerking each other among their click? I hardly participate in any social media.

Just can't understand this profession I guess.

It isn't a normal thing. Actual lawyers have too much work to do to be on social media. Except Anonimous on the farms here, but I refuse to believe he sleeps.

Ok, I've not followed this subforum much since it hit appeals. What is this lawsuit that penishead is filing against Dropbox and this Confederate group again? I can kinda follow the nonsense from Lawtwitter regarding Vic's case and some stupid shit said by Randazza (something about earning more money from representing a kkk member/supremacist than representing dickhead) but I don't know much about this Dropbox case other than he seems to be forum shopping.

In a nutshell.

A while back there was a lawsuit, and later settlement, between NC SCV and the one college. Signs point to the lawsuit being fraudulent or at least not being made in good faith.

Douchette managed to obtain a document where one of the NC SCV leaders was masturbating over owning the libs or whatever.

Douchette put it on his dropbox for people to see. The SCV filed a DMCA. Dropbox locked down Douchette's account.

Douchette filed a lawsuit for the DMCA. Despite all parties residing in NC, he wanted it moved to CA since the federal courts there have awarded attorneys fees, meaning expensive as fuck Wolman can own the KKK for free.

At least that was the plan. Douchette is probably fucked.

TLDR, SCV and University did a deal (which has been dissolved since). Ppl cried racism. Doucette hosted lawsuit docs on dropbox. SCV DMCA it. Doucette suing SCV for false DMCA. Doucette trying to move venue outside NC so he can pocket lawyers fees and GFM money. The DMCA from SCV is dumb, but doucette is dumber for trying to move the venue to grift money through a lawsuit. Last i heard there was talk of settlements.
