No, they aren't the same at all. Some anthro dog character from a video game is not real and never will be. There are magnitudes of difference between that and a real dog. But loli on the other hand is something that can happen in real life. That's sexual attraction to human minors. There is no defending that. A drawing of a minor and an actual minor are the same thing visually. There is no impossibility factor of being part sentient animal. It's disgusting and it can be directly reproduced in real life.

I personally see no difference morally between feral or anthro. It's the same thing, they're both dogs. The feral just has more legs. Either way you slice it you're into it because of the animal traits, otherwise you'd be fapping to regular porn. It doesn't change anything when you add two more legs. It's still the dog traits that you find appealing. A dog with two legs is still a dog.

That ties into what I said above too. There's no sentient feral dogs in real life that beg you to fuck them, and there's no two legged humanoid dogs either. For the most part it's fantasy.
