I am a bit confused by that. The document states that the attendees should call in at 09:00 o'clock. Will they'll be held on hold for about one and a half hour then?

Considering Phil dared to not show up on 3/5th and didn't bother to tell the court about his absent, it would be funny if they put him on hold for 1.5hrs. Don't want to wait? Fine Mr. Burnell, your case is dismissed! Good luck with your other case on 4/10th!

If Phil does call, you know he's not going to be one of the first ones at 9am. He'll probably wait until he wakes up around 10-10:30, and then would be stuck waiting for hours.

his trustee has around 28 cases, on the same day, including dsp

Basically they start going at 9 and he should be around 10:30 but if they get to him earlier or later its on him to be sitting there on mute like a good boy.

That would be moot if the whole bankruptcy is dismissed. Midfirst is just asking for a lift of the stay as regards them. A dismissal would allow everyone to go forward with whatever shark-like feeding frenzy they had planned before Dip Shit Phil filed for Chapter 7.

As expected, DSP made the absolute fucking minimum down payment toward the Corolla.

Totally cut back, downgraded from a leased BMW to a $30K car.

Seriously. To any re.tards out there considering calling in--don't. There's going to be an audio recording (and probably a written transcript), so there's no need to go ultra-sperg and do it yourself.
Trustee: Could you please state your name for the court?
Debtor: umm... [snort] Hello, hello! I’m Phil Burnell, a.k.a. Darksydephil.
Unknown 1: Is that the guy?
Unknown 2: Oh my god! It’s the guy!

He only technically made a downpayment. The "downpayment" was the $2000 in manufacturer rebates. He brought literally no money he had in hand to this deal.

I love how he reaffirmed his monthly net income is $-35. Who in their right mind will ever believe that?

That's a hell of a sell. "You guys, I have managed to piss away so much money that I average a net negative amount every month, but I've totally reallocated things now and we're good to go. Pinky promise!"

"I have reallocated my expense to afford this debt" (for the Corolla)
..... ???.....
This is hand written not once but twice!

Please tell me his attorney wrote this line and Phil just signed it. I'm laughing so hard just reading this. Sure, all he had to is put on a vest four times a month to afford this car that he almost never drove but insist on keeping anyway. Good to see him setting priority straight.

Phil bought gap insurance and got a 72 month loan at over 6%. What a sucker. I'm surprised they didn't sell him on the rust prevention and scotch guard plans. Maybe an extended warranty or two.

Does anyone know what TMIS is that he spent 1050 on? Googling it gives me prepaid maintenance plans from Toyota. Did Phil really buy prepaid maintenance on a car he barely drives and will certainly never get maintained like he did with the BMW? The (bank's) car better hope the dealership emails him to come in and get serviced.

Toyota Motor Insurance Services. What exactly it is I can’t tell you. Some kind of payment protection plan? It might have been mandatory because he put pretty much no money down. Might be similar to a mortgage PMI.

If he really sits there for 90 minutes listening to person after person go through the process he may hang up out of sheer panic especially if one of those people get even a mild grilling from the trustee.

I've never heard of something like PMI for a car. Unlike a house they can just repossess the thing which is why they hand out car loans like candy.

With the full name it does look like Google is telling me it's an extended warranty service. So I guess they did get him with that. I think prepaid maintenance is funnier so it'll be that in my mind. Either way they played him for an extra grand.
