Has anyone took the time to visit your local hospital yet to report on this weird shit ? Not even asking to enter in them... just look around if there are so much people needing to be tested / treated outside as news says they are "overwhelmed" with waves of patients.... Maybe these are just country side / without a real need for patients right now and just in standby for the waves incoming tho.

So about the spain part. Those videos are extremely falacious.
1) the government hasn't said the healthcare system is collapsing, they've said IF the curve isn't flattened it CAN collapse in areas of high density.
2) only part of spain that collapsed was La Paz and only for less than an hour (collapse is declared after a certain number of patients can't be taken care of in time), since then I already told y'all right here we have indeed have Emergency wards empty for entire nights at a time.
3) the video is in MURCIA, as I said Murcia was originally the least affected area and now is 2nd least after Cadiz. It's also extremely rural and low density and with a very reticent population. NO SHIT IT'S EMPTY GO TO MADRID AND CHECK YOU IDIOT!

These are pretty high doses for adults to qualify but the kids doses are pretty typical (though I suspect as a kid you're over prescribed because you don't stick to the regime properly).
