This is a great illustration of what simultaneously fascinates and horrifies me about the modern left. They truly believe that they are far more intelligent that anyone who voted for Trump, they are open-minded, they believe in science, etc, when it’s clear to anyone with a few brain cells who’s outside their echo chamber to realize that they are the complete opposite of all of those things. I hope someone does a psychological study on this era of the left because I’m dying to know what makes people lose all sense of reality and self-awareness like this en masse.

35 years of soft pampered living, from the late 90's to 2016, they got trophies for just showing up to school, were put into a workforce where their skin color and political identities got them an executive position off the bat and immunity from criticism, got to see a manager every time they complained about anything becasue the manager feared lawsuits out the ass, got degrees in underwater basket weaving thus proving they were part of the smart cultural elite at last.... and so on.

These people now may be 40 - 50 and at the helm of institutions, but they are children to the core, that's why they think they're smarter than you, they don't see they were gifted everything they got instead of accomplishing it through innate ability.
