A lot of people share your view, and they make some very strong arguments. It's worth noting that Chris put all of his life on display for everyone to see, which was certainly a massively autistic move. In that sense, he invited the trolls to do everything they have done. However, if any random person had their life examined with as much scrutiny and to the extent which Chris has, they would likely be judged as being just as worthy of trolling as Chris. That, among other things, is what leads me to feel sorry for Chris. I am guessing you have been watching Geno's documentary as well? It's a bit of a rollercoaster. If you haven't gotten to part 33 yet, I would be curious to see how you feel when you reach the end. Sympathy seems to wax and wane for most people, at least to an extent, depending on the particular events they are focusing on at any point in time. Even though I tend to lean toward one side, it's still a mixed bag at times.

Stick around here long enough, and you'll notice that those are just thinly veiled insults used to distance so called "true trans" from "fake trans" or "truscum". The reason they try to distance themselves is that they know the whole concept of gender dysporia is a charade and being lumped together autistic, autogynepheliacs like Chris literally means there's no difference between the competing groups....and there's more chances of their covers being completely blown. Not gonna lie, I do not care about him leaking the Wallflower's pen name. She is worthy of being a lolcow herself from what I have seen. I am not sure I can account for the instances of shoplifting either, but a lot of skeezy people do that. Those other points: shoplifting, and returing items: that is learned behavior. Usually the parent would say "don't do that", but Borb never instilled discipline to Chris, so he did everything without any consideration. He belongs in the skeezy category.

He's a fat narcissists with a sense of entitlement. FFS, he's always thought that it's a woman's job to take care of him. When he finally realized that women are more likely to be taken care of, he trooned out. You are giving him way too much credit. The grand doxxing of ‘14 when he went scorched earth on one of his customers shows he is too stupid and egocentric to understand the importance of customer service (and keeping customer disputes private.)

Chris is just lucky that there are some pay pigs, curious people, weens, and creeps like Sockness to net him some sales and sustain his ego.

His grasp on reality was nonexistant before Bob died. He believed Bob would survive to 2015 based on a dream he had and was in complete denial of his declining state of health up until it happened. People watching him knew the man was at death's door based on Chris's casual description of his "feet-bloatings".

This is probably just symptomatic of Chris having a childlike state of mind. It's hard for children to comprehend death especially when it relates to themselves or a loved-one, it's why children who have terminal-illnesses or have parents with terminal-illnesses have to see therapists to fully understand what death even means.

A big reason why Chris just isn't really funny anymore is that at this point you're just watching the decaying mind of a child stuck in an almost 40 year old's body. There was a legitimate charm to how ignorant and naïve Chris was about the world around him, and so when he had outlandish or offensive opinions, it came off as more funny and endearing.

There's nothing funny or endearing about the dimensional merge or being married to imaginary schizo sonichu friends. It's just a child's way of coping with being stuck in a rapidly aging body and watching the world around them slowly go by as they sit around and make no progress.

At one point they were basically his only form of social interaction; Wise and Boyd were pretty much online 24/7 and whenever Chris responded they'd immediately message him back within a fraction of a second. He was also under tons of pressure from the mounting debt and also dealing with Barb being a general harpy, so having someone who was willing to indulge him in all of his make-believe adventures ended up being some twisted coping mechanism.
