Culture The Bull Pit - Pitbull News Megathread - aka sperginity speds out agendaposting

https://www.cheknews.ca/pit-bull-attack-near-nanaimo-injures-two-children-and-one-woman-450395/

Two 8-month-old pit bulls that were loose in Nanaimo attacked several children, severely injuring at least one. Other people that came to aid the children were also injured.

The children were playing in a yard at the house of one of their friends. The dogs were from somewhere else in the neighborhood and had been cited for being at large previously.

One of the owners of the dogs came and got the dogs but did not stick around. The news interviewed the other owner, a Dangerhair that looked to be in her late 40s or early 50s. While she was devastated at what her dogs had done, she said to the reporter, "People are saying, look at this from the prospective of a parent, well, these dogs are my kids, too," and then she broke down crying.

It was later reported both dogs were euthanized, as there have been other incidents prior to this one, and due to the severity of the injuries the one particular child sustained.

To the dangerhair dog owner I would have to say, "If these dogs were your KIDS, you did a lousy job of raising them. Thank heavens you didn't spawn any of your own."

Instead of just killing all the shitbulls, how about we sell them to the Chinese? That we make a profit off the Hellhounds while also getting rid them.

Based chinks.

I'm just popping in to say @sperginity tried rageposting about pitbulls in chat the other day and when everyone responded with "what? they're just normal dogs dude" he cucked out super quick and quit chat because he's too afraid to hold unpopular opinions outside of this weird circlejerk thread full of hyperfixated autistics who can't get over how terrified they are of medium-small dogs.

Very beta, not impressed.

as a feminist, you really should be simping for me instead of assuming my gender

anyway, there was a pit bull related happening in the recent fed smoker stream. Seems even someone as legendary as the fed smoker thought that this type of dog was too fucked up to deal with.

The sad thing about pitbulls is that the people who have them don’t know how to control a keg made out of muscle properly.
Both the most and least obedient dogs I’ve known have been pitbulls. It really comes down to the owner.
The ‘pit mommies’ are the worst, a ~120 pound American woman can’t exactly be trusted to control and train what is essentially the canine form of Butterbean.

Yes, they're literally just normal dogs. I don't get it, are gore pictures supposed to emotionally overwhelm me to the point that I forget how dogs work? This is a story about an 81 year old who apparently filled his house with dogs, including rescue dogs, that he's physically incapable of properly controlling and caring for, and one of them tore his throat out, because he was weak, and it was strong, and it did not respect him. That's how all dogs work. Don't fill your house with a pack of rescue dogs when you're in your eighties, it's a super bad idea.

Literally the only surprising thing here is the boomer who apparently doesn't understand how flash photography works and thinks pitbulls naturally have glowing demonic eyes.

Pitbulls are not "normal" dogs. They're not meant to be pets, they're bred as guard dogs, which is why they have a greater propensity for violence.

Plenty of normal dog breeds were also bred as guard dogs. They make perfectly fine household pets for people who aren't too beta to control a knee-high version of literally the most domesticated and subservient animal humanity has ever known.

they were never bred as guard dogs. They were bred for blood sports, such as bull baiting. Here is a painting of the practice, which involves betting on which dog could kill a bull.

Sometimes they used bears, or other large animals. In america most of the blood sports were dog vs dog, the practice started in the south, a minority of the dogs were bred to catch runaway slaves (thats the origin of american bulldogs, which are mostly pit bull now anyway). The dog fights were generally not to the death, but points were scored by causing injury, and of course some dogs died from their injuries. Most of the money that can be made in dog fighting is actually from breeding the dogs, if you have a grand champion record associated with your dog you can charge other people a lot of money in breeding fees. There was a shit load of record keeping to make sure people were getting their moneys worth, and there are documented cases of dogs that bit people being bred repeatedly. The job these dogs were bred for is incompatible with society, and it cannot be removed or socialized out of them. All this shit was selected for and bred into the dogs for hundreds of years, way before animal rights were invented. it is a testament to the cruelty of man that this type of dog exists, so many of them can never be suitable pets.

Rottweilers are dogs that really were bred as guard dogs, and still have a higher rate of dog bite related fatalities than most other dogs, but they still lag way the fuck behind pit bulls.

Anyway.
there are a bunch of pit bull adoption drives right now because shelters are more full up with them than usual bc of corona chan. This chick got attacked 11 days after adoption. Might lose part of her finger.

An expensive lesson to learn, but hopefully it sticks. Of course, I'm sure chances are good that she will go out to adopt another shitbull the moment she is out of hospital.

Today in normal dogs,
Shitbulls attack man and dog, with video. The article doesn't say they are shitbulls but you can tell.
“I hit him with the club about 40 times but he just wouldn’t let go,” he said.

Shitbull attacks everything
“The dog was just attacking whatever he could,” the witness said, adding that she thinks the canine was just trying to go after the shih tzu because the pit bull attacked a neighbor’s dog recently.

It's a different scenario from a single pet killing or injuring someone. But how many pet hoarders die this way? Rescue dogs can have lots of issues from poor handling, abuse and being tossed from home to home. He was a lonely old man who overwhelmed himself and got the worst possible outcome.
