Is this even true? Since Burnell Productions is a sole proprietorship, I was under the impression that it doesn't own property. His "business related" line sounds more like something he'd say to justify tax deductions (and that he said in reflex), since he still had to claim his consoles under an exemption.

Which is where we find a huge problem, Rekeita Law covered it that he wasn't even listing appliances like a washing machine, and so on paper he's living like a Shaolin Monk, while his "business" has all the tvs, couches etc. Which he's doing to protect as many as possible.

to an extent. by registering as a sole proprietorship, legally there's very little difference between Phil Burnell and Burnell Productions, and one declaring bankruptcy usually includes the other doing so as well. even more so because Phil never bothered to keep accurate books in case a situation exactly like this occurred.

Which is why almost no one actually registers as a sole proprietorship when starting their business now a days. The only advantage is simpler tax filing and less paperwork, which is why Phil of course chose this option.

The other advantage is its simple as shit. Leanna making and selling soap, for example.

For Phil its a clusterfuck because despite being a simple job buying equipment/costs/multiple revenues.

He's a dumbass and if his business survives long enough he should take the hint and register an LLC.

Declaration of No Objection. The Filer represents to the Court, under penalty of perjury, that Notice of the Motion linked to this entry was served on 3/16/2020 in accordance with the proof of service filed herein and that no objection to that Motion has been filed in the Office of the Clerk or received by the Filer. (Related document(s)[14] Motion for Relief from Stay). Filed by Lance E Olsen of McCarthy & Holthus, LLP on behalf of MidFirst Bank. Document Number: 20

Double post, but:

Received UNSIGNED Order Forwarded to Chambers for Judge's Signature. Filed by Olsen, Lance. Related document 14 (Entered: 04/06/2020)

Does this mean MidFirst Bank is ordering dismissal?

I think they still need a judge's signature to be able to go after Phil's CT condo.

The is a file that can be downloaded for $3.99 if anyone could grab it.
Or you could stop using scam sites like DocketBird and use PACER for $0.10 per page, up to $30 per month free.

If you install the RECAP extension it uploads documents you download to CourtListener so other people can view them for free. Either way there's no document for these two entries, they're just a text notification and a reference to the existing order at document 14.

I'm not sure if this is the appropriate thread to ask, but I was wondering if anyone remembers if DSP bought or was gifted any equipment between July-December 2019?

He got a controller for his Switch gifted during July. That's the only month I looked at. You could start with a Twitter search to see if he tweeted about "new" stuff.

Edit: he was gifted Madden in August. You would probably want to check when he was sent giftcards on Amazon. Check the wishlist thread for that.

Yeah anything gaming related I've accounted for. It's just that I vaguely remember something about new monitors or something. I'll look into it.

So with this new document, does it mean they get the go ahead to fuck Phil or does the judge still need to sign it?

Assuming the judge signs (and there's no reason not to), MidFirst can continue with their foreclosure proceedings in CT. Once that's completed, they can sell it and then try and get a deficiency judgement for the difference between the mortgage (~$110,000) and what they sell it for (assessed at like $60k). This won't be immediate, but it'll require him to pay someone to fight the deficiency judgement when/if MidFirst tries to collect via a lien on the WAKhando or some other method.
