Sea Salt Mine - here there be chimping over the lawsuit

Guess BT is really hoping to become the second snack-boy for Moronica, too bad she nor Funi will ever acknowledge him or his "efforts". One thing is liking dubs and another is shitting on who doesn't, especially in Funi's case which is like here in IT 20 years ago, with butchering of every show and make it as childish as possible to market it to an audience of kids (now it's much different and we don't get 1/4 of the censorship and butchering of those times,at least).
"No traitors." is such a nice line...too bad it can go BOTH ways, but figures BT doesn't know it. When Vic wins his appeals and the lawsuit reach its closure...who's EVER going to listen to you BT, let alone wanting to be your friend or even a distant weeb to talk to?

BT is a sad exemple of the pandemic that has ravaged this glorious nation. The plague known as simpery. How is a grown man in his 30s go so far for a voice actress. Tweeting veryday, leader of her fanclub and FB pages or whatever. I can understand having stupid anime waifu but simping for an ugly old women with horse teeth is on such a level of desperation. I just cant feel anything but pity for such a sad individual. How do you fall so fucking far down in life. I just dont get it.

I imagine fuses blowing in that tiny little brain.
Sadly, long experience has shown me that when someone like BT gets confronted with anything resembling facts that disagree with their worldview, they just ignore it until the cognitive dissonance is gone and they proceed like nothing happened. It's like Arthur Chu's 'if I have a wrong thought I immediately get rid of it', or that study that showed that being confronted with evidence disproving their belief makes a lot of people just hold onto that belief even more strongly, facts be damned.

She's just going to ignore literally all those cons he got invited to and attended?
Don't you get it? Any con that would have Vic as a guest is therefore not a good con. I mean, there's a term for that kind of thinking, a specific logical fallacy even, but that gets in the way of making fun of Vic so it doesn't matter. Who wouldn't trust her judgement about whether cons are good or bad, whoever the fuck she is?

So, I was watching DA Talks' Fantasy Soft Entertainment Stream and I noticed some people asking in the chat "Where did Emmett Plant lie in his affidavit?"
So, for those unaware of Emmett Plant's statements here's a review people can bookmark and find handy.
As Weeb Wars first started broiling, Plant wrote a tumblr post titled "Vic Mignogna: A Love Story":

In the post, Plant recounted his encounters with Mignogna at BayouCon 2013 (where he also meets future girlfriend Neysha Perry):

The person Plant alleges Mignogna "hissed" into their ears was Orion's Envy member Dayna Price, which is recounted in the affidavit he submitted along with Monica Rial and Ron Toye's Motion to Dismiss under the TCPA:
Plant Affidavit 1.PNG
Plant Affidavit 2.PNG

Seems word for word, right? Where did he lie? The question you should ask is "what did Plant omit?"
The answers are in the tumblr post:

So Plant saw this "inappropriate behavior" and one might assume he'd have a hostile stance toward Mignogna, right?
On the last day of BayouCon 2013, Plant made this tweet:
"Locks of Love"?
I know what people are thinking: "Maybe he made that tweet BEFORE the inappropriate conduct."
Nope. He made that tweet AFTER the incident allegedly took place (as stated in the tumblr post, not the affidavit).
Even more strange is Plant still sounding the praises of Mignogna 4 years later (and still have his phone number):

The true motives of Plant's post (and subsequent actions) are revealed in the same tumblr post:

1. "My girlfriend said that I needed to write this." - White Knight trying to defend Milady's Honor.
2. "That maybe hearing it from a old white guy could help." - Virtue Signaling.

I submit these points:

1. Emmett freaks out if anyone accuses him of lying and will immediately threaten a defamation lawsuit for 'accusing him of committing perjury'.
2. Emmett further freaks out if anyone brings up the Bayoucon tweets and will just generally chimp about it.
3. When he's really riled up he'll stalk his targets for days, chasing them around demanding attention so he can freak out at them further.

My conclusion: he lied for attention when it was convenient for him to do so, but was so sloppy about it he got caught. His idea of damage control is to behave like a deranged fool any time someone calls him out about it.

Funny how BT's selective memory works, he recalls Hogan's racism but NOT his epic win lawsuit that netted him millions and caused the bankruptcy of Gawker. :story:
Monica doesn't even need to say anything to anyone, she has her "sheep-dogs" that'll take every bullets and mean word for her withouth even being asked to, such is the power of the soyboy/sjw/white knight/simp I guess.:lunacy:
