I hope he takes down those motherfuckers, and shit like this is just more evidence of actual malice on their part. They know of very good reasons to doubt these accusations that they have freely aired, and continue to do so with reckless disregard for their falsity.

The crazy thing is that so many people are claiming this is a victory for them because it proves Zack is evil and his accusers are right, leaving aside the fact that if anything they said was true this guy wouldn't have a court-ordered apology letter pasted on all his social media accounts right now plus a cash payment.

Yeah, his pinned tweet is filled with people basically using the fact that he was legally obliged to apologise to Zak and pay him money as an excuse to defend and repeat all the accusations, and sympathise with Ettin for having to post lies online because Big Meanie Zak didn't know you're just meant to let people 'on the right side of history' say whatever they want about you. Ettin's likely specifically not allowed to respond to any of those asspatters, but I'd be sure in private he completely agrees.
We didn't really need the reminder that these people are zealots, and that no matter if they win their case other examples of this the Farms covers like Richard Meyer, Vic Mignogna or even Johnny Depp will never escape the accusations against them - and of those, Zak is even the least defensible.
But I can enjoy that this fuckwit's been legally compelled to post an apology and a retraction in the main forums he made the accusations in, because I enjoy these wokenstein crybullies getting BTFO. They may close the thread, but they're unlikely to ever be able to delete it. The only things better would be if it were pinned at the top of the forum, and/or it was forced to be his signature on every post, tweet and email he made.

It's not exactly low stakes. Serial libelers like Ettin were doing a lot of damage to Zack's brand, which is actually fairly big in terms of indie tabletop sales. The clear financial issue is probably why he got a good judgement. If something impacts a business the courts look at it with a lot more scrutiny than if it's just two people in a slapfight.

While sticking an orgasm wand in a robot's neck does raise some philosophical questions about the nature of rape when applied to AIs in machine bodies, dude was still being extremely skeevy about the whole thing. The cringe factor was painful enough that I couldn't sit through more than a few minutes of the video, and eloquently shows why people shouldn't roleplay out anything involving fucking, especially on a broadcast stream. It's inevitably a trainwreck.
