Guaranteeing that no Left Wing cases are done in their favor, and providing a strong possibility of any Right-Wing case being in favor of the Reps.

Right, here's the thing. Obama tried... sorta. Here is the order of events that happened Every. Single. Time.

1: A Position opens up.
2: Obama appoints a -very- left-wing judge,
3: Senate, under McConnel, says "Fuck No" and refuses.
4: Obama complains, and says the Senate is blocking him out of spite and racism.
