I still think he’s more likely to be looking at dismissal with prejudice and being denied bankruptcy than he is chapter 13. Too much indication of malfeasance in his paperwork and that offer to give details off the record on his 341 call for him to possibly have a competent trustee think he’s not attempting fraud. Nancy is the trustee, not the judge. She can't dismiss it, just recommend its dismissal.

It's something on PACER. I'm not sure if it was ever changed into anything. It says asset, though, even though Phil's filing says no asset. I've never seen that page actually saying no asset, though, so I don't know if it changed. Did anyone see for sure whether it was previously one thing and later changed?

I think you could get the official court recording, though I forget what yacht guy's actual name was. He was on Citi-bank guy's stream of the call but I haven't seen a full recording of that anywhere.
