so real talk here guys what % is Dave gonna lose both property's ?
or is the bank just vore his paypal money for the next 30 years?

The CT condo is gone but he's still on the hook for the $50,60k he owes on it.

Would Phil be the first person in history to have his wages garnished by twitch? LMFAO. Or by patreon, teespring....by youtube. Imagine that. Instead of something understandable like child support for some bastard sons, fucking Susan is garnishing 90% of his Raw, Unedited Content.

Legit hard to tell at this point. I'd imagine that a big factor is whether Nancy thinks selling the WAKhando is worth it. If she does, he's in some shit. If not, he'll probably keep it. Unless she converts him to Chapter 13, in which case there's a high chance (like 70%) that he will fuck up and then get bumrushed by his creditors.

The fact Nancy probably assumes Phil's handicapped and lacks a 'real' job might keep him in a chapter 7.

Honestly if his filing hadn't been totally fucked he might have coasted through on the back of everyone assuming he's just a very stupid failure who can't help but fuck himself over.

Thanks to the 341 blowup though thats looking less likely, but its still a possibility.

Lol, it just occurred to me Nancy made this an asset case because she’s convinced Philip’s been hiding mounds of cash somewhere. Little does she know he’s been burning all that cash in some homoerotic Bejeweled clone.

I still think he’s more likely to be looking at dismissal with prejudice and being denied bankruptcy than he is chapter 13. Too much indication of malfeasance in his paperwork and that offer to give details off the record on his 341 call for him to possibly have a competent trustee think he’s not attempting fraud. The Polish Potato has gotten himself boiled this time.

My understanding that at this point, Nancy has yet to publish her findings/orders. I am also under the impression that based on these findings, she could just outright dismiss this bankruptcy and he is done.

If it is a sale of assets and the bankruptcy moves forward, how is it determined usually the priority of liquidation? Low value items to high value or the inverse? Or can the trustee just pick and choose what to sell?

Nancy is the trustee, not the judge. She can't dismiss it, just recommend its dismissal.

Has it been confirmed that this has been turned into an asset case? Or is it still a (very likely) assumption?

It's something on PACER. I'm not sure if it was ever changed into anything. It says asset, though, even though Phil's filing says no asset. I've never seen that page actually saying no asset, though, so I don't know if it changed. Did anyone see for sure whether it was previously one thing and later changed?

This is exactly it. A perfect example is how he is treating pwdubz this week. Die hard fan, watches every stream, tips 5 times a day yet gets insulted over and over and over due to Phil's immaturity.
pwdubz is actually pretty annoying with the dumb shit he keeps asking, he even got on Tevin's nerves at one point which I'd say speaks volumes considering how laid back he is.

The thing is the only way he was ever going to qualify is by massively lying about his finances, so the only way for his filing not to be "totally fucked" is if he never did it in the first place.

And if he was that smart, he wouldn't actually have gotten into this situation in the first place.

I'd say other internet people have way worse haters like wings, chris chan and even Dr disrespect. No one has really done anything to him in years. The last gay op that was significant I remember was when someone found some passwords from leaks and hacks that dsp reused for Comcast, his utilities and brazzers. Everything since didn't matter or he could've just ignored if he wasn't such a faggot about everything. If dsp really had the most autistic haters people would have starting fucking with khet immediately once her job was confirmed. The most he has to put up with now is people calling khet a horse or people alerting the bankruptcy trustee about his blatant omissions and lies which he could've avoided if he wasn't such a faggot. I assume most people lie a little bit when they file bankruptcy and it's seems like it is expected, but phil and others like yacht guy go full fucking exceptional individual and cross into criminal territory if anyone actually cared enough.
Does anyone have an audio of this yatch guy? I've been hearing about this for a while, but I missed the stream.

first the ”watch out your soulmate could be a scammer” tweet, and now this. I think MidFirst is a confirmed detractor.

I think you could get the official court recording, though I forget what yacht guy's actual name was. He was on Citi-bank guy's stream of the call but I haven't seen a full recording of that anywhere. All ya really need to know is yacht guy is some boomer with multiple houses and boats who forgot to hang up when his 341 was over and said "That was fuckin easy, fuckin easy" out loud to Nancy.

I did record it, but I was a bit too late to hit the record button to catch the whole thing; you can still hear the "-in' easy" from "That was fuckin' easy". Oh, and I've made sure there's no personal information in this. Let's just keep it at...

Does @Bryan Dunn know anything about this?

I think FredFuchs had originally talked about the idea that their was a secret paypal or bank account that noone was aware of. He talked about it whenever people mentioned how DSP may have used Pandalee's adsense to bypass the adsense block.

Whether or not its true is only known by DSP himself.
