A nightmare triggered it off, a Asian man tried to kill me in my dream, it was like I was watching a live action horror film in Chinese, it freaked me out, I couldn't sleep for nearly a week.

I have problems with sounds and textures as well, some things bother like I used to love cats and now I'm scared of tthem because I remembered my cat always licking my face, her tongue was rough and it would scratch my face.
