If Phil could be self depricating at all he would realize how much people would pay to see him sweat. Make it so that he has to pedal an extra minute for every 5 dollars he gets and the dude would pay off his debts in months, and lose a ton of weight.

Not that I'm an expert in it (yet), it'd be easy to tell by the big bosses. I've been playing on Normal all the way through, so I'd like to think I have a handle on how things are balanced. Then there's that Kotaku article saying they had little to no problem playing on Easy. So right off the bat, I'd say if Phil isn't bitching about how unfair and shit things are, he's on a lower difficulty. But gonna hold out for the next big boss fight, Airbuster. If he knocks that thing down without a problem, it's a sure sign he lowered the difficulty.

Air buster and hell house are curb stompers

Hell House is a near 14 minute fight so if he blows thru it super fast, then yeah hes playing on easy, of course he can solve this by just showing what difficulty hes on, of course he wont making people doubt him more.

Edit: Yep, easy mode, the bosses hp does not melt that fast on normal.

The rumor of him putting it on easy might be false but we will see when he does an optional fight as cloud only. It's not Dark Souls boss hard but it can be made easier with the right preperation.
Putting a spoil over what I'm talking about. He might be up to it though, I'm not sure. Last I saw of him was before the Buster boss.


I'm talking about the VR Summon boss Shiva.

That's where I left off on my playthrough so please put a spoiler on upcoming stuff, please.

imdb is amazing. 6 episode series, i wonder if you can watch it somewhere.
He gets a million dollars but can't reveal where it's from. Would be a real dilemma for Phil.

Based on this description, the difference should be easy to tell. Is he mashing attacks constantly, or is he pressing X and then deciding what to do only when the ATB is filled?

Edit: Nevermind, you can choose "normal mode" but then also choose "easy difficulty", so this won't help.

What he did was sound off his mouth-horn to canvas his flock of reeegulls to find out the next thing they'll pay for the [possible] privilege of seeing him wear 400x once their fruitfly attention spans have dulled out on this discount Marty McFly LARP.

And then he promptly rejected every single idea, laughed at everyone who posited one, & went back to rattling his electronic tin cup against his prison bars & sucking unfathomable amounts of nutsack at whatever video game he was playing.
