"How do I make a furnace?"
This motherfucker still doesn't know how to do the most basic shit that a fuckin five year old can figure out.
Technically Phil has two Switches. The first one he broke in one day. The second one was donated.
He was obviously referring to the inoperable broken Switch when he said it was business related and still owns it.
DEBUNKED
He "misspoke". Is that still perjury? That could have worked, if it wasn’t for the fact he literally said: I misspoke in the meeting.
Vest is on now. Poor piggy is going to sweat
Misspeaking in the meeting would be enough to trigger the 2004, just to be sure. Any statements he made prior to the filing, or after, that creates any reasonable doubt that his filing and 341 were factual and accurate will trigger an examination. This is done to discourage abuse of the system and punish those who attempt bankruptcy fraud.Vest is on now. Poor piggy is going to sweat

That's a four-star Happy Hogan.
I suppose it depends if he's made any attempt to correct it. I'd assume that the courts give some leeway as some folk don't perform well under pressure (or so my wife told me...). With all of the other fuckery in his application I reckon they're going to think he's clearly at it - not to mention that he's openly admitted that he's aware that he misspoke. Nancy is a person too, and would probably understand if he went out of his way to apologise and clear things up, but there's no fucking chance in hell that he's even tried. Hope it bites him in the ass.Vest is on now. Poor piggy is going to sweat

Here's Phil being very real and matter of fact about his situation in CT circa 2012. This is hilarious knowing what we know now.Forgive me if it's already been answered but has anyone been able to deduce what really promoted the move to Washington or was it really for the reasons Phil mentioned?
His dad seems like an okay guy. Started working at the helicopter plant as a machinist, took some college courses, and worked his way up to management. Same job for 30 years. He taught some courses at the local college. He ran for the city school board. A regular guy. (This is from searching his LinkedIn)Is it possible Phil was/is spoiled because his parents felt bad about the fact they accidentally dropped him on his head? Because he's literally exceptional and i'm trying to figure what event made him dumber than rocks, was he born like that?
So apparently we were all wrong, his switch is indeed not a business asset because it was gifted to him by a fan and he just misspoke in the 341 meeting. We’re the idiots alright....
Still that explain why he's a giant manchild but i wonder if Phil was always retarded like now and hid it not well or if at some point he degenerated mentallyHis dad seems like an okay guy. Phil's mom hasn't worked since she was in her early 20's, as a "beautician". Her job is to cook and do laundry. She babied Phil, combing his hair for him until he was in high school. Buying him groceries in college. Washing his clothes into his 30's. She taught him "nothing is your fault", the world always picks on the little guys. (This info is from Phil, so take it for what that's worth)
