Her general schtick is exactly one-note: Ignore authorial intent, cultural and character motivations, and essentially any possible justification for why a character dresses or looks the way they do. All attractive female characters must be desexualized and either de-emphasize, cover, or remove their most attractive features or be considered problematic. It's a textbook example of someone being sexually threatened by characters that aren't even real, but the funny part came before any of us really knew her.
See, BABD loves her some Madoka, and pitched into a number of long-winded rants before she evolved into the lolcow we currently mock about how fantastic the character designs were. In fact, she re-did her shitty chart twice because it became a form of effort-free trolling to put up her stupid bingo chart and point out how various characters from the show failed her own tests, leading to her falsely DMCAing individual Tumblr users to force them to take down her Autistic female armor bingo card.
I bring this up because self-sanctioned moral crusaders who do shit like the subject of this thread are a dime a million, and they draw from the exact same wellspring these shitheads do. Hell, as

any time you see someone pulling this shit, it's a better than break-even chance it's someone showing a hilarious amount of projection, and simply wants the subject of their discomfort going away. Dig in deeper, and you'll usually find that the source of their obduracy is far more hilarious.
