I honestly believe they refuse to accept that Chloe is liar because then it invalidates their own claims of having systems and DID. They like that Chloe claims that DID is super common because then they can also have it and be ultra special.

well, there’s none. The tiny, tiny percentage of people actually diagnosed with DID didn’t know they had it. They simply reported ‘blanking out’ or having long periods of time where everything was just black. I’ve not heard any credibly diagnosed person say that they have an inner world with an attic and a basement and 15 hamsters.

That’s exactly what I’ve been thinking reading through those insane timelines. I came here from the front page and have been skimming trying to make heads or tails of this insane shit and it took me a bit to realize all of these names weren’t real people but these goobers just make videos as all these different characters and call them their multiple personalities. How did anyone ever take these two seriously? DID probably isn’t real but even among professionals who do believe it’s real, it’s never something so overt and over the top like these people are claiming to have. Signs would be little things like getting messages on your answering machine for someone by another name, losing chunks of time, things showing up you didn’t remember buying, etc.

This actually happens in most disorders with severe dissociation. PTSD, bpd, bipolar disorder, dissociative amnesia (obviously), etc

In fact, there are several professionals who theorize that DID is just imagined or faked symptoms of "alters" on top of actual diagnosable disorders.

Agreed, I was astounded to see how many people sympathized in the comments. If they’re claiming the audience is 80%+ adult, how can not one person have the cognitive awareness to call her out on at least that.
The undying support these fans have is really uncanny. As we say with Nan, the masses even supported them until they were disowned by the prominent DID yters. Anyone with any association with chloe is basically immune and worshipped for any action they commit.
It’s a win win for her, undying support from her fans (to the point where they literally make alters of her) and a few extra bucks to help! I mean seriously, 300 dollars to talk to one of her alters? Unreal

Haven't seen this mentioned yet so fuck it. I so want Chloe to be directly confronted in a way she cannot ignore about what her belief is regarding the existence of ritual abuse, especially Satanic ritual abuse. Just to see what she says. A few weeks back a DID YouTuber made a video about "System Pride Day" and the date she chose happened to fall on a day that was particularly offensive to many self-proclaimed survivors of RA and/or SRA, as it is abbreviated, as this date was apparently one which many sects or cults or what have you chose to ritually abuse their victims on. She made a public apology for her ignorance and was largely applauded. After this, Chloe's unwillingness to talk about religion and hinting at trauma surrounding religion suddenly made sense to me and I now consider it some of the clearest evidence of well thought out, cold manipulation of her followers, as she knows that even more so than CSA, this is something that no one in this community would ever directly ask her about. RA and SRA seem like taboo topics even in the DID community. Mark my words, Chloe's silence when this controversy was going on with this other YouTuber and System Pride Day says something -- she would have definitely known it was going on. Why would a pillar of the DID community, who believes everyone, who considers all trauma equally valid, not have come out in support of these survivors? Because she only cares about her brand. Perhaps the sickest people in the DID community are those who believe that things like (S)RA happened to them, and the worst malingerers are those who say things like (S)RA happened to them. But she knows better than to go there with it, because most people will believe it is bullshit, and she also knows better than to come out and say it isn't real, because she can still capitalize on it.
