What's absolutely incredible in terms of the Family Court System, is that she got full custody of me in the divorce. That's how much they usually side with the mother. Though to be fair, my Mom's adoptive parents were actual fucking millionaires so she could afford the best lawyers money could buy, and I know Ashlii doesn't have that. Still though, there has to be some misandry involved to give custody of an 11 year old to a woman who is a proven biter. Thank God that full custody only lasted 8 months though, because she kicked me out of the house. Living with her and my (then) new creepy as fuck 'roid rage Stepdad and creepy as fuck borderline molest-y Stepbrother drew me over the edge her physical abuse got a lot worse with me. One day she was screaming in my face and shoving me around the room one too many times (I remember the argument too, I was listening to Static X and Metallica and she didn't want that 'goddamn headbanger music playing in her house') and I decked her in the face so hard she hit the ground. Then she kicked me out of the house, so I had to go live with my Dad in a thankfully non-abusive home. Sometimes punching your mom in the fucking face works out for the best.

So being that Ashlii is the mother, and the most obvious choice for the better parent to anyone who is not clinically retarded (ie goons), I'd say that has to even the odds despite the fact she can't afford an expensive lawyer. Hell, this should be an open and shut case for even the greenest of fresh out of law school lawyers, as every single ugly facet of his character is immortalized on the internet, by LowT himself. He has proven true every accusation Ashlii has made about him through his own online actions:

And I stress the YOUTUBE thing here as something the court should focus on, because his SM and pay to play troon forum are just kind of accessible to outside people. Youtube is accessible to ANYONE. I'm assuming he aired dirty laundry about Megan, but I'm not sure. And you can even count the shit he pulled with my teeth to that list. I made that GoFundMe anonymous so the internet at large would not know those were my teeth, and he publicly outed me about those being my teeth, and it was just a nasty, vindictive thing to do. Dude just has a pattern of slandering any woman who enters his life (have fun with that when your time comes, Logan)

Financial abuse/immigration status shit: We know he ran his house White Sharia style and didn't let Ashlii have a dime of her own, and hung the immigration thing over her head. He can't dispute dick about that in court because they see that shit all the time and it's painfully obvious what he was doing. But the shit he pulled with her GoFundMe, and even worse, rallying up his merry band of faggots to help, just proves that point in spades.

Alcoholism, drug abuse, and cheating: Again, one word: Youtube. NO ONE can say he is not visibly drunk and/or high during these videos, and just to complete the picture, his mistress shows up waving a bottle of wine for him in one. You also have the videos where he's high off his balls with Lauren co-hosting the stream. There is no way a Family Court would not take umbrage with you for being wasted to the point of slurring incoherence in front of your kids while you're supposed to be watching them, and then to top it all off broadcasting the whole embarrassing clusterfuck to Youtube. Especially the one where she gets so viscerally uncomfortable she just wants to leave and Lowtax won't let her.

So there's all that. But you also have to factor in one critical detail: Lees Summit, Missouri and all the surrounding areas until you get to Kansas City is as red as red gets. I lived there in the 15 minutes a way neighboring town of Pleasant Hill. It's red and it is very Christian. How do you think a Judge in that area is going to react to seeing the yarn draped, makeup plastered visage of Shmorky? And learn that LowT let this man hang around his children outside of the workplace, and let him babysit. I'd even go so far as to say the fact that LowTs "job" is managing a forum full of the most unsavory types of people that exist could possibly be held against him.

You had that time the Secret Service got called in to the SA office (don't remember what the story was behind that). You had the time the police came to the SA office because a woman in town had called in that online child porn was being distributed through there (this wasn't a goon, this was some lady who just lived in our town). The child porn thing at large was never proven, only the incident with the porn subforum underage girl. But you see what I'm getting at. SA just has so many bad incidents and all around bad mojo surrounding it that I can't imagine how it wouldn't irk a Trumpville, peak Midwest, God fearing Court's sensibilities. How everything I've written above wouldn't irk their sensibilities.

But that's why I'm making these walls of text. Because I'm really hoping Ashlii or someone in contact with her (hoping I myself can get in contact with her) is reading this so it can be brought up to her lawyer, who may be unaware of a lot of these things or not know where to look to find out just how deep LowTs rabbit hole of shit goes. And to put together a cohesive counter-narrative to LowTs narrative of "My ex-wife is a crazy, hysterical, abuse piece of shit who makes up lies about me abloo abloo. I'm a completely sober amazing dad, and a self-made business man who even has his own marketing expert that I'm ABSOLUTELY NOT fucking." LowTs narrative has zero supporting evidence, whereas Ashlii's narrative has nautical tons of it that even she may not be aware of.

That's the thing about the dark side of BPD, you don't think about it until the damage is already done. He was always a piece of shit underneath it all, to be sure. But Lowtax has taken a damn sharp turn downward since I knew him. The cracks started to form when he had to sell the office. That was the big turning point for him. Maybe it was the thought of him losing his veneer of having a 'respectable big boy business-y business job', or the fact he'd have nowhere to escape from the responsibilities of being a family man. Around the time surrounding that, he went from his non-manic, pill and liquor buzzed (but not blasted out of his fucking mind), chill state, to the very beginning stages of the shattered junkie we see now.

He became highly irritable. He started locking himself up in his personal office and would snap at anyone who disturbed him from doing whatever it is he did in there. My favorite incident was when he and Shmorky were cleaning up the office, and Shmorky found a Golliwog ashtray LowT had in there, and was so offended by it that he smashed it on the ground in a fit of rage, sending shards of porcelain flying everywhere, and then refused to clean up the mess because "Lowtax shouldn't have owned something so racist in the first place." It sent them both into a full screaming match, and then Lowtax yelled at me for laughing in the background at how ridiculous the whole thing was. It was a hilarious incident. LowTs anger there was justified because Shmorky had getting on people's nerves down to an art, but the dumbest thing would set LowT off. Whenever the forums broke down, LowT would go into a rage I can only describe as the Dad from 'A Christmas Story' when he was fixing the boiler. Yelling curse words and slamming things around. It was that unique brand of steaming Dad rage you see when your Dad has to constantly fix something that always breaks down in the house. Really makes me wonder what LowTs home life was like after that. He doesn't take care of anything he owns, so I imagine he had to fix a lot of shit that broke down in the McMansion.

This Lowtax, the one that's degrading his daughter and so high he can barely speak coherently, has completely stopped grooming himself and openly slanders his ex-wife on Youtube...This is a Lowtax that is a twisted parody of the Lowtax I knew. I'll never get over the Youtube thing. Those videos are something his kids schoolmates can easily find and use to embarrass them. Anyone Ashlii knows or will come to know in the future, could easily find them by Googling her ex-husband, which is still a somewhat public figure. While we've all probably bitched about an ex to our Facebook amongst friends at some point, LowT is using his platforms as a public figure to libel his ex-wife and mother of his child. A platform which is chock full of mentally unstable tranny internet griefers, no less.

Is it a stretch to say that the most unstable of goons will seek out a way to further hurt Ashlii to defend Senpai LowT and their pwecious safe space? I don't think it is. During my fiasco in 2016, goons did that to me. They doxed me and got a hold of my phone number and would call me in the middle of the night - some just making little quips about "Leave Lowtax alooone!", and some would call making demon voices, which seems harmless, but when you're having an acute schizo episode and already seeing demon faces on the walls, it's not a good time. Two or three of them went so far as to file a report with the Spokane police saying I was "a dangerous schizophrenic on the loose" (they posted it proudly in the SA thread). Which may have contributed to the fact the mental institution marked my permanent medical record as "Not a danger to self, but a danger to others." (Lost my 2nd Amendment rights because of that, THANKS FAGGOTS!). Which is false, aside from me snapping and punching my mom (essentially out of self defense because she was physically abusing me), I have NO criminal record and have never been in a physical altercation outside of that.

And I don't know if I've ever told anyone this story, but there was actually a bizarre young man who showed up at my apartment during that time. It was around midnight, and he knocked on the door and asked me if I wanted to buy some steaks out of his meat truck, and I would have to go outside and follow him to the truck to see the meat if I wanted to buy it. Obviously I declined and locked the door in his face. I have no way of proving if that man was a goon, it could have been a completely unrelated coincidence, but since it happened at the crux of the time goons were harassing me, it's always something that made me go 'hmmm.' I still wonder what that guy was planning to do to me if I actually went to his truck.

What I'm getting at here is, could what LowT is doing be legally considered libel, or even potential endangerment to Ashlii? Targeted harassment perhaps (like what with the goons did when they rallied to help fuck with the GFM)? I looked up what legally constitutes libel, and the qualifications are that it must be slander that results in tangible damage to a person's life presently and regarding future prospects including financial damage, hurting ones business or resulting in loss of work, compromising ones safety and wellbeing, among other things. There is a legal distinction from the severity of slander between a private figure and a public figure, but I've only found info on if the slander is done to a public figure, not by a public figure.

Now in my case, I'm just a schizo asshole on the internet with nothing to lose, by no means a 'perfect victim'. But Ashlii is. She's a woman hiding in a DV shelter with a small child, who has to build a life on her own now from nothing. She's in one of the worst precarious positions someone can be in life. A little targeted harassment could go a long way in her case, and to me it's not inconceivable that a couple unhinged goons with neovaginas would do that, especially with LowT spewing more lies by the day and giving the impression that their safespace is on the verge of collapse. All it would take is one subhuman goblin in a dress to possibly track down Ashlii and alert LowT to where she is. And well, I've found that every time I think goons can't get any lower, they prove me wrong. They have a weird way of fixating on people. I still get bothered by or internet stalked by goons every now and then to this day, now 5 years later.

I'm just spitballing here, but I'm really wondering if, given the volatile nature of the platform LowT is a public figure on, Ashlii could file a lawsuit for libel. At the very least, I hope it's used as a factor on her side of the divorce. Cyberstalking and harassment online is something taken a lot more seriously in our justice system now. I don't even know if Ashlii realizes herself the kind of fuckerage goons can pull when they've gone DEFCON 1 on you, and I'm not sure she knows about how LowT left the kids with Shmork. I'm hoping I can get in touch with Ashlii to go over this with her. LowT may have a superlawyer, but he's fucked himself into a corner so hard through his shitty, irresponsible, and fully documented actions that it's really given Ashlii and her lawyer a veritable assload of ammunition to use if they know the full extent of it, and how to present it well.

Only if they are actively getting help for their issues. Props to women who are BPD and working with therapy to handle it. I had a friend like that who described BPD as an 'emotional living nightmare that ruins your ability to enjoy intimacy with constant fear of abandonment that inevitably drives people away'. I imagine it's a hellish mental illness to have. It drove her to substance abuse too, much like Logan. At least my friend worked her ass off in therapy to handle her BPD and got sober.
