Feedback We need a thread about autistic mods - Mods need to be more accountable for their actions

If trimming out posts that "pretended to talk to the person" went site-wide then basically every thread about every topic would need an offshoot thread to 'catch' all the posts that fell under that. That's actually really weird and I wonder why it happened in the first place.
"Pretending to talk to a screencap of a tweet" is one type of rhetoric among many. It is annoying if overdone, but very often it is the most natural and direct way to convey the absurdity of the tweet quoted. Any sensible person who knows the convention of human conversations will understand, even the poster seems to be talking to the cow, the post is really for other forum members, but autists are very literal-minded.

(I see someone's been archiving this thread. Great minds think alike)

What absolute faggotry. Mods trying to micromanage threads to their own arbitrary standards of quality is exactly the kind of shit you get on Something Awful.
SA is more transparent than KF. At least you know with zero doubt who that faggy mod is and can laugh at xir.

This thread is pure autistic modding. Yeah, talking to the cow like they're actually there and reading it is itself autistic but who hasn't done it at some point? I try to edit this shit out or even delete my own posts where I do this.

But this is idiocy. It's often actually excising content from the thread and deleting Tweets from the cow that aren't archived elsewhere. The exile of posts from @Peace and Harmony in particular is egregious. Whatever mod is doing this is autistic as fuck.

Make a talk to staff thread.

They're also wildly inconsistent with how they moderate. Whether or not your post gets deleted depends on which mod sees it.

The happenings/article board had a pretty iron-fisted mod. Ate a few 30 day bans for bad articles that weren't even that bad. Pretty annoying consider the stuff you'd see there being posted by other mods no less.

Kinda feels like Reddit. Where they ban you and then steal your thread idea for that "sick karma".

Assuming you're talking about the "MSNBC has done 455 Stormy Daniels segments in the last year" thread you posted back in 2018, I can't even tell which mod did that. I went to go look out of curiousity but it's one of those randomly-generated "names" from an account who requested to be deleted following that hack we had awhile ago. Whoever did that is gone now, I guess?

I assume it was from yawning, he went on a faggotry spree in A&H back in 2018
(Him trollshielding senior when people were making fun of him comes to mind)

FYI, you can Google those random names and find a thread they posted in; if someone quoted their post at the time, you can find which user it was.
