Vore is like, my mortal enemy when it comes to fucked up fetishes. It brings up memories of that Cannibal Cafe website that was a thing some time ago, too. Inflation isn't as bad but it's weird as fuck.

That's the difference between an air choke and a blood choke. Everyone in decent health can hold their breath for at least a minute, oxygen is still circulating in the body during that time. Clamp down on the arteries in the neck instead and none of that blood gets to the brain and it's lights out in a second or two.

I don't know what they're going for with the choking, I would guess an air choke? Problem is that the trachea and the jugular veins are very close to each other.
