The media would be covering it completely differently, so people would be less scared probably, but I imagine we'd handle all this very much the same. The US is doing better or the same as everywhere else in the world that's comparable and has honest numbers, I don't see any reason to believe Biden or Obama or Bush would have really had much different result than Trump, except of course the dankness of the memes.

UV Light is a disinfectant. A lot of disinfectant chambers and air purifiers used in hospitals use UV lights to kill viruses and bacteria.
