No, he pled guilty, which means he admitted his guilt. You can bet if Marshall had taken his charges to trial he would have been found guilty and received a considerably harsher sentence. The only smart decision Marshall has made in his whole life was pleading guilty. I just wonder how long it took for his attorney (court appointed, since Marshall's a deadbeat) to pound it into his head that he really really needed to take the plea.
He took a plea bargain for a different charge, not for child endangerment. The child endangerment charge was dropped.
He fired his attorney for incompetence and negotiated his own plea bargain
I’ve never seen someone tap dance so heavily around words and definitions like our pet Moron does. It’s like she believes that words take on different meanings if she says them, or wills it to be.
It’s truly amazing how someone warps reality to try and cloak their stupidity. Trust me, Melinda, you are not fooling anyone. You can use the words “scholarly debate” all you want (even though you are misusing the term) but we see it for what it is: Autistic screeching from a weapons-grade dipshit who wants nothing more than to have people believe that she’s smarter than she is. So why don’t you move along, file some more failed lawsuits, blame everyone but yourself when you lose them, and then stand on the corner telling anyone who will listen that your piece-of-shit husband is not an abusive loser, he’s just simply misunderstood.
Or you can keep coming back and entertaining us with the musings of a moron with a lack of self-awareness.
You use many words and they lack substance of any kind. In fact, I've not seen you contribute a single intelligent thought on this thread at all.
