The Last of Us Franchise - Because it's apparently a franchise now. This thread has been double-DMCA’d by Sony Interactive Entertainment.

For the record, here is what muscular women look like:

Note the large arms but small torso and upper body with small hands. Curves are still visible. Female body-builders are a thing and definitely look more freakishly jacked than that but this is after years of hard training and muscle-building--things that would not be present in an apocalyptic world.

Here's Abby for reference.

Flat chest, complete lack of curves, large upper torso, broad shoulders attached to jacked man arms, large male hands, thick legs and wide body.

This thing is a troon. There is no feasible way it is not.

Edit: I made the DMCA list! I feel so blessed.
I'm laughing so hard it hurts this is hilarious. JACKED MAN ARMS.

You sir would love Ultima IX, the game that completely shat all over the series continuity, featuring even basic errors anyone with a passing knowledge would notice.

WHAT'S A PALADIN

I'm just surprised anyone had hope in a part 2 to begin with, didn't play the first game but from what I heard it ended pretty conclusively with Joel leaving that compound after saving Ellie correct me if I'm wrong because as I said didn't play it
it was pretty obvious ND wanted to make this a 1 and done back when 1 came out, jack had a sequel hook, with uncharted you could pull from indiana jones' hat and have it be different adventures, with TLoU it just always felt like a forced encore performance due to how well the game sold
I always thought Tlou would of worked better as an anthology series. The second game could of been from the pov of some soldiers or heck give us some insight into some bandits. This way the Tlou wouldn't be ruined by any later entries and at most Ellie and could simply passed reference.

So just copy metro (the books) then?

I dunno about y'all but it's fun extrapolating these story beats and trying to come up with sequels of other good properties to see if it sticks. In my druckmann scenario I picture him running in shouting:

"GUYS GUYS GUYS GUYS!!!!! I just came up with the greatest idea for frozen three. Okay, get this, so the sisters are hiking up a mountain, because they need to fuck off somewhere or something, who cares-"
"But they were in a pretty good place before, y'know, kinda like a happy ending? Why are they miserable again?"
"That doesn't matter. So, as they're going along, this VERY independent, VERY STRONG woman of transgender pancolour comes to get revenge, because the snowman in 1 abandoned her and her eight siblings to hang out with the princess or something-"
"Wait, how? The snowman is just a snowman, not a deadbeat fath---"
"Oh no he's a fuckin' asshole. So our protagonist FINALLY comes to get revenge on this deadbeat, and after carefully placing his teeth on the sidewalk, he's like, tearing up and sobbing and trying to apologize , yknow? Like, our protagonist Arby's is strong, like she's made up her mind that it's his time to die. He totally deserves it anyway but after she curbstomps him you hear Elsa and Anna shrieking like 'Nooooo don't murder our friend! But then after Arby's sexually overpowers the sisters they"
"Neil WTF? We're not having our protagonist rape the main characters!"
"They're not the main characters. They ruined this woman's life. They tore her family apart and pushed them into poverty by extension. They're not good role models, anyway. My friend Anita said they're awful role models for trans girls because they need to be saved or whatever and they are too weak to look up to. So after the really graphic forced sex scene, you'll end up going through Arby's past and seeing like, heteronormative and just horrible everyone is towards her people, and like, the cordyceps snow was a good thing all along. It washed away the sinful, patriarchal, oppressive culture before and now Arby's and her friends can remake society in a good, just image where everyone is required to transition so every gender knows what it's like to be a male to female and a female-male-female trans/retrans person. It's great!"

Druckmann: "I don't write "hot" female characters, I write role models"

The idea that people need to see characters that re-affrim their choices and identity in life just helps everyone know your sense of self is held together by consumerism.
