It's been explained already. Because the degeneration of society takes time and some groups take advantage of things. It wasn't until 1960s that America still had its first slut generation. So that's 40 years between that time and 1920 when America singed it's death sentence by giving women the vote. It took even more time for American women to become completely deprived. Even in 90s you might have found sane ones.

So rape is today still illegal because feminists and liberals seem obsessed with it and it's a good way to scare dumb men into staying away from women and providing. This is no conspiracy, there's no central planner behind it, it's just the way things spontaneously developed.

my penis? i didn't even exist back then. sluts were rare at the time because they knew they'd had absolutely no protection at the time. they had none for reasons that had nothing to do with sex. they had to do with keeping women in line.

@Holden seems to think that if a women has sex outside of marriage even once, she must allow every man who asks to have sex with her afterward, even if she doesn't really want it. Since sluts love having lots of sex, they must have and enjoy sex even with men who force themselves on these women. This is why he claims women who have premarital sex love rape. Well, that and the fact that he's not beating/raping them and they don't love him, a stunning example of why correlation does not equal causation.

By definition sluts have indiscriminate casual sex with multiple partners of their own free will. That is not an opinion, that is a fact @Holden. They are human beings that make that decision to choose to have sex and not necessarily caring whoever it is they have sex with. They give into sex easily, but they are still choosing to give in to that desire, one which is in fact free will.
