However, the moment you zoom out from viewing his accomplishments in the narrowest possible sense, his life becomes a living hell. He owns a nice condo which will soon be pulled out from under him. He actually hates playing video games, and has to play them in front of an audience of imbeciles and bloodthirsty New Zealand fruits. He compulsively wastes all of his income and then some on the most undeserving of mobile games.

If you look hard enough at most anything, you will find a silver lining; however, if you look too deeply into the abyss of Phil's life out of envy of all things, you will soon find it looking right back at you. Ack ack ack ack.

As usual phil botches his vocabulary trying to sound superior and comes off looking even dumber than before. Jealous is the wrong word. If you see a guy dump a briefcase of a million bucks into a volcano, you aren't jealous of him Having a 100K+ job playing vidya 4hr/day, an okay house/cando, and a 19 year old basic 7-6/10 b%tch with a young tight ass like Panda when you're in your thirties essentially fall from the sky into your lap is something many guys would understandably kill for. But people laugh at phil for squandering this and all the other golden opportunities that constantly are handed to him on a silver platter all the while being absolutely miserable, they certainly don't want to be like him.

The fighting game landscape is utterly transformed since the 13 or so years since Phil's heyday. Back in his time, being a tournament caliber player is winning over your family, then over your local gang of juvenile delinquents at the corner arcade, then performing well against a selfselected gang of nerds on the 'professional level' . With the internet competition is much broader. Frankly I don't think phil even at his 'peak' would be able to hack it, we all know how he 'won' even back in the day. He's an above average player and thats because he dedicated a large portion of his life to it ,thats all there is to it, the proof right there in him getting bodied by randoms on a regular basis.

I feel like this did happen once? I can't remember what dev it was, but I feel like it had something to do with the music in the game, and DSP immediately got apologetic when the guy was like "hey sorry you feel that way" as if he never expected someone to give a shit what he said.

It was the music composer for Apex Legends and how it was getting flagged by YouTube and Piggy shriveled up at "that moronic composer" after he explained it was EA's doing.

He had a pointless existence eating McDonalds $1 menu items in his workplace parking lot... until he found his meaning in life; scamming people making dogshit-tier content on the Internet. Now he loves his life!

What's funny, though, is that he doesn't really notice for more than a second. All he does is immediately announce how much more money he expects to get and how much or little time is left to give it to him. He's not at all appreciative.
