I was a single mom for 7 years between my 2 marriages. I enjoyed many aspects of it. In many ways, it's less problematic than being married and co-parenting.

I've never been evicted. My landlord and I are in a battle about a non-monetary issue. An argument I chose to take up because of discrimination and to protect my children.
