Christina Crawford was a girl though. Sometimes these boys just end up the stereotypical mama’s boy. Mama can do no wrong. They can't have good relationships because mama comes first and mama makes sure of it. Since Tess’ kids are likely to be good looking (if they don't get too fat), they will attract women, but will make girlfriends and wives miserable, as they'll come across as loving and capable but will always drop everything when Mama calls. And she’ll call a lot.

Since Tess is one twisted ankle from being bed bound, an obligation to care for her may be heightened.

One if them may break away. Logically, it’d be the eldest as she's ignored him the most, but that might actually spur him on to trying to please her.

If she had a daughter, I'm certain a tell-all would be in the works as these mom's see daughters as competition. But they hold boys close and many don't break free.

He also looks like he has lost weight. If his mother hadn't been Tess, I would've said it's because he's 15 and is growing up and his body burns every single calorie it can get, but... his mother is Tess, so the change of diet probably helped a lot too.

I can easily see him saying bitch on his own, repeating it because he hears it all the time, and when she tries to punish him, while laughing, he gets frustrated and can’t articulate those feelings beyond “you said –“ and bailing on the conversation because he’s four.

But that’s just me speculating as someone who has experience with both small children and their shitty parents.
