The Last of Us Franchise - Because it's apparently a franchise now. This thread has been double-DMCA’d by Sony Interactive Entertainment.

Sounds like you have some really shit luck potna. I got one of the first editions that got the R.O.D. about 8 months in, they fixed it, broke again 3 years later, sent it in again and they replaced my system this time, which still works today. I don't get why they didnt just replace yours instead of fixing a clearly faulty machine 8 seperate times. It's a little hard to believe tbh. Also unusual that you'd give more money to a company that sold you a console that broke on you 8 times.
Well believe it. It was a launch console and it died on the third day I got it. Sent it in and it took weeks to get back the first time. I couldn't tell you if it was the same console, but it died at least once a year through its lifespan. Eventually got the Halo 4 console just because I wanted the bonuses and a proper working console for my 360 library.

He also made a new one, with a nice big disclaimer/fuck you to Sony at the beginning:

Not a hat you can pull off, Troy.

So... As I've said before I purchased the first game. I actually bought the collectors edition. I dug it up, and checked on it, what was in the special Ellie edition. There was among other junk a part 1 of 4 of a TLOU comic. I remembered it being trash, but out of curiosity I read through it now, because I had a feeling there'd be something telling there.

And I found something quite amusing/thunkful. In the comic Ellie gets beaten and strangled by someone who really looks like Abby. (in this case, it is as it looks, this person is a guy) This was written by Cuckmann btw. I guess he had this scenario in his head for a long time, eh?

Apparently according to Upper Echelon Gamers the video game journalists that have reported on the leak have even blacklisted by Sony Interactive Entertainment and also according to him sony has done the same thing to meta critic when Death Stranding got negative reviews, were as when he was given a review copy of gears tactics by Microsoft they only they want him to disclose that he was given a review copy.

Sony is making an echo chamber for it's fans.

New video by the dev team. I love the attention to detail™ of them having a banjo sound come out of a guitar
"I heard people say why make a sequel to the last of us"
HAHAHA holy shit this video is like some college student being brought in by his professor desperately trying to justify his rough draft, got distracted for abit by guntman but damn druckmann has been on a roll

Sony's got a long history of faking reviews.

In 2001, it was busted for using an entirely fictitious film critic, David Manning, to give nothing but good reviews to Sony Pictures' movies.

In 2006, they were caught using deceptive marketing tactics in Astroturfing the PSP to make demand for it seem way higher than it actually was.

In 2009, they were caught Astroturfing product reviews.

In 2014, they got caught Astroturfing support for the Vita and were shamed into offering refunds.

In 2016, mostly forgotten during the larger shitstorm, there was numerous allegations that Sony was buying positive reviews for Ghostbusters.

A lot of the more obscure ones are harder to find, but Sony's essentially been caught doing it every two years or so.

The Soyny bonus is real, if only they spent all that money making not shit movies and overlooking how dev teams are going

Archived the articles, seeing as Sony is probably still watching this thread.

The full quote actually even mentions his name too, so they're just full blown lying... again.
The only way I think they can pull it off is a Dan Brown DaVinci code style ending reveal that Joel faked his death and he's been actually working for a secret organization this entire time, that only now has chosen to reveal themselves.

My guess is Druckman will pull a Warren Spector and say it's unfair to lay the blame for the failure specifically at his feet and that games are a team effort, despite him taking the credit for the whole series.
